Just received this hang up call

Just received a call from  this number a few minutes ago - they just hung up.

This no. was on my caller I.D. called it back and it said no. not available.
I live in Florida and never get a area 207 no. unless it is a relative. The no. on my caller I.D. was 207-927-9911.

I also received a hang-up call from this number earlier this morning.

I think it's a service that runs up *69 phone charges for the phone companies. At 75 cents a call the profits build up quickly.

Received several calls from  this number today - they just hung up.

Received a call from this number on Aug. 20 around 11:30a or so. Let the voicemail pick up the call, but the other end just hung up as soon as the voicemail allowed them to leave a message. Hang up call.

Just got a call from this number, and think it has happened in the past. II called the number back and got a disconnect message. Is the message real, or is it being generated by the cretin who owns this number.

Got a call from this number with a hang up Sept 8, 2008 1:18pm pacific time. Woke me from a nap. Incredibly annoying, this has to stop!!!

Got a voicemail from this number yesterday: political ad against Proposition whatever. Reported them to the No Not Call registry, but since it's political with upcoming elections they may not get fined.

I live in Va. Beach, too. Received 2 calls today & several in recent weeks.

Calls are continue to roll in and no one is on the line.

I received a call and message from "Working Families Win" giving anti-McCain info.

Just got the call a few minutes ago. Caller ID showed the number but said Unknown Name. I did not answer, and the call went to my answering machine.  When the answering machine was about halfway thru the outgoing announcement, the caller hung up. This is not the first time I have seen that number recently, but it is the first time I have reported it. I am on the do not call list.

3 calls, no message.  When I called the # back I get a recording that the number has been disconnected.   Very Strange

I receive phone calls from these jerks regularly.  They hang up.  I never answer.  Politics and Telemarketers should be sent to jail.

Just got off of another call because of this incoming call. No one there, dead air. Can't we do anything about this?

I just received similar call from that number.  I live in California.  Caller ID shows "Maine call."  No noise on line at all, not even a "disconnect" sound.  I wasn't online just previous to call or anything else that other people suspect was their "trigger" for the call.  I am also on Do Not Call Registry.  I just hope I don't get multiple calls like other people have reported.

My assumption is they are not investing in good technology and it is failing them. I have done numerous searches and people have reported anti-republican or anti-American mumbo jumbo coming from non-republican wackos. Republicans are getting their messages across without cheap technology harassing us citizens.

...and more i have found. Just like the cowardly democrats, to hide behind technology and bash Americans who support our troops and freedom. Freedom trumps peace any day any time.

I get this call multiple times a day and it just hangs up.  I assume it is a political robo call that isn't working.

Caller unknown. Since it was a Maine area code I called back and was told it was a disconnected number or no longer in service. Call came in at 9:44am.

I have had 3 hang up calls today!!  This past week I have had at least one hang up call a day!!  :(
