I am very surprised at the comments about Business Pro Designs. I have asked experience with them in the past and found them to be very professional and very good to work with. In my opinion some people here do not understand amount of work that goes into website design and development and the importance of having an through specification of what you want. If there are any changes to an agreed specification then of course you are going to have to pay extra as they may change the whole flow of a website and the coding may have to change also.  BPD are highly skilled and competent.

I have received a call from this company today, and after I heard their sales pitch, I could tell they weren't the real deal. They had the company name, but not bothered to find out the information about the company, and proceeded to abuse me verbally when I told them that we weren't interested. They keep talking over you and talking and talking and saying they just need two minutes of your time.

The only way that I have seen so far to stop them calling is to threaten legal action against them, and telling them you are on the Do Not Call register.

Did you ever get a refund, I have had terrible issues with this company, and they have said they will refund my money, but just keep dragging it out and on further and further.

bunch of idiots...if u wish not to recieve telecalls why dont you register yourself for DND.. tht ll stop sales calls...if u hv a freaking no in directories as business u r bound to recieve callsnot only from 1 company from many companies and everybody has got the right to make calls as the company carries an international telecalling licence. use yur brains and stop blaming people...

after a barrage of cold calls i actually fell for it and agreed to let them desigb a website for me. What a mess, ! all i've got for my money is heartache. dont go near them if you want to stay sane.

They are still active. Just got 3 calls everyday these past two weeks. One of them actually got through to me last week and she said she is from businessprodesigns. I said we don't need her service and she was actually quite polite.

I started up my website with BPD in 07. I find them a bit hard to communicate with due to their accents, and some of them have broken english. I have to agree about their pushyness and sales pitches. As I know very little about web stuff and SEO's and stuff like that, I believed everything they said and handed over my money. Seems they have been ripping me off. Everytime I agree to upgrade or buy a new product, they seem to always come back soon with more great offers and slime money from me. Edward and Richard were my contacts. Today I was contacted by an English company who put me wise to these forums and have offered to get me my money back and host my website. I await further news and will update you on my progress.

Businessprodesigns is completely a crap company , there main intension is to empty the pockets of customers , they are charging the customers for google local listings about 1000 pounds !!!

We have diffrenet levels of expectation as human beings. I recently visitied London and stayed at the Minc Mayfair court, however, did not like its service as the Service manager at our floor was not friendly and had a bad time. I remeber staying at the Raddison Edwardian alomost half the price but I lioved the place.


They are certainly not a scam. My website is running live and error free and the service is good.

I keep getting calls from this company, one time in particular the lady on the other end begged me to give her our Directors name which i refused to do, and when she was left holding she tried to complain over waiting for 1 minute!!!!
I understand that these people may be under pressure but aggressive "techniques" is not the way to go.

I have been called over a dozen times by this company despite telling them that I am not interested and hanging up because they refuse to take no for an answer. I even had one woman call me straight back and tell me that I had hung up on her. I said that I had hung up because I had already told them on numerous occasions that I was not interested and they continued to call. Believe it or not, I then has 3 calls in succession where the caller hung up just as I answered.
One of my employees took a call from them, and, unaware of who they were when they asked for the manager, he told them I would call back as I was with a client. He was then roundly abused, and told that I would never call back, etc etc. Crazy!
As a business, I should be able to block direct marketing callers just like private individuals can. I don't have time to deal with these crooks.
BTW, the only things that has stopped the calls (so far) is my threatening them with legal action if the calls continued.

Hmm business pro designs - where do I start - I havnt had any phone calls like you guys mentioned but I do have experience with the company. So here is my feedback.

I paid high prices for flash design and a logo design - i was promised the work to be complete by monday - they sent me a 7 sec long sample on friday - 5 days late - i ordered 3d flash without music - they sent me standard flash with music -  I actually posted the project on get a freelancer and they called me - i was quoted $150 on the get a freelancer website but these guys told me that they were based in the Uk - so i thought they just had a funny accent as they might not have been born here.

Anyway it came to monday and they were unable to deliver - so i requested a refund - then they said that I paid £100 for my logo - I said that im not mad enough to pay £100 when i can get them for $10 but yes i did agree to pay £50 but on the understanding that I was dealing with a uk company.

Anyway - they had to listen into the calls to confirm - luckily the telephone calls are recorded so i am now waiting for a refund.

Worst of all they came back to me saying that the flash that i require will cost more - as if £250 wasnt enough for a 20 sec video. By this time I was very frustrated as i wanted to launch my new website but they were delaying me - I didnt change any of my flash requirements so dont understand why they wanted to increase the price

Anyway I decided to go with a UK company by finding them in the yellow pages instead
