I got a call from this #.  It rang once and hung up.  I called it back thinking it was a friend from Idaho and it said the line was disconnected.  How does someone call you from a disconnected line.  so weird!

Got the microsoft call on my son's phone,  They refused to accept that he doesn't have a computer.  They said he must have one hiding then....  um...wow...such crap!

We do not answer calls from numbers we don't recognize, nor return calls to numbers that do not leave a message.  I had a call from 208-231-1371 on 3/29/14.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, so I have no idea who this is.  We just don't want any more calls from them.

Weird how when you call the number RIGHT back it's an unworking number ;)

I don't know about reporting a number to the Federal DNC, but my state's DNC is useless.  I tried reporting numbers and the only thing I ever get back is a letter saying there is not enough evidence.

Why can't they disconnect the phone number after X numbers of complaints like this and know it's a scam.  They can make us pull up our pants and not show underware!  Too many are getting away with this!

phone rang 2 times an abruptly stopped.  No message. Call came in at 7:14PM tonight

The National Do Not Call Registry is mostly automated, it's not padded with government employees. And as a voluntary program, it's a very inefficient way for anyone (let alone the federal government who has more accurate ways of data collection) to obtain active phone numbers.

These people get around the DNCR because they are fraudulent companies. When operations like this are out to steal credit cards and bank accounts, breaking "do not call" rules is the least of the problems here.

Yes 4-2-14 received call rang 2 times hung up.

Have received 2 calls on my cell phone from this number. I haven't answered either one. It only rings once and then I guess they hang up.

Just got a call from this number. Called them back, unable to connect, hung up. Thanks for the info! I should have checked this number out BEFORE I called back.

My kids tell me you must refresh your DNC every 60 days.  Once it is confirmed that your number is a valid active number they sell it and the beat goes on as the saying goes!

I'm thinking that DNC (Do not call) list is a gov scam. It must not work, as there are many complaints being posted by people who are on that that list, and are still getting calls.. I know there are certain people or groups that are exempt. And also know there are ways, must be, around it. And to think that with all the HIGH TECH stuff the Gov has, they could stop it to the point we all bought into thinking how it should/could work. But they don't. They employ ppl to work there, (As to pad the numbers of Employed people) and they suckered us into giving them our phone numbers. Which made it easier for the GOV to know what phone lines/numbers are active. That way they have a list of the active numbers to listen in on. We gave them good active phone numbers, so they don't have to research good lines.
How many other people are beginning to think this is the case?

Rang twice then hung up.  Still disruptive and worrisome when there are family members in different areas, and don't know if the call is an emergency or ??  Appreciate if some regulator can put a stop to this type of disruption.

Received a call from this at 7pm, rang once and disconnected. I did not call it back just in case it was a scam and from reading what others have posted, it's a SCAM!
Since I have been registered with Do Not Call.gov for 3 years, I have filed a complaint

The same crap as everybody else has reported..one ring and they hang up.

call from this number is no one I know. Did find that it came from Idaho. Don't know a soul there.

Some of these numbers I have heard if you call back it will cost 9.99 per minute. Its how they make money

Missed call.  Tried to call back and it rang once.  Didn't get anything after that.
