It's not actually Chase, they just claim to be.  I've had them tell me they are every company from Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Chase.  They seem to be just scamming for info.

The DO NOT CALL has not worked since 03/2009.  The 5 heads of this agency are the ones found to be watching porn on their computers 40 hours a week for months. They are still in their positions and no action has been taken to date.  This is why the Do Not Call list is no longer working.  Prior to 2009 mine worked fine.  Has no tworked since.

The real problem is the lack of political will and resources (Congressional appropriations) to enforce the Do Not Call Lists.  The lists are meaningless to the scammers - they ignore them. White collar crime is rampant in the country and should be a prosecuted.  Of course because it is a "non violent crime" scammers will get minimum sentences if not probation. The lobbyists for the debt collectors, credit card companies, time share sellers, invest in gold, etc. will make sure little if no funds are appropriated to enforce the Do No Call Lists.

This has become so annoying and there doesn't appear to be anything that can be done to stop these A-holes from calling..

This "company" is so annoying.  I've been reading different reports on them and found out they buy their phone numbers from Verizon and other companies.  They use them a couple of days, then get a new one.  They can't be tracked down.  I've had two calls in the last 20 minutes.  I did go the the do not call.gov site and reported it, but it usually doesn't do any good.

I have reported this caller to The Natioal Do Not Call Registry at least 6 times, probably more, I have tried to use their opt out option, I have gotten into a shouting match with one of their consultants, I can't get them to stop calling ,Everytime they call they say its the last warning I'm going to get, but they keep on calling.
  It looks like The National Do Not Call registry doesn't have any teeth.

Called today I didn't answer,  they left no message,  I called back after reading this website,  and got no ring just a click and disconnected.

I got a call last nite from this number.  It said cell phone id as the caller ID.  I didn't know if it was my friend or not or about her, who just had surgery, so I answered.  No one said anything after two hellos from me.  I hung up.

Too bad it won't actually be "the last call".  I've been getting calls from these sumbags for a long time, although the number changes every time.

Just got a phone call from 2803007844 and it was the same recording that my husband got yesterday from a different number. It says this is the last call from them in order to lower our interest rates on credit cards through the stimulus package. How can these calls be stopped? I have put our numbers on the Do Not Call list but to no avail.

I just got 3-yes 3-in 15 minutes.  Different numbers, same message.  Have some fun and waste THEIR time!!  Fake info and genuine interest  keeps them busy for at least a few minutes until they catch on and hang up.  If they start with rude comebacks or foul language, just tell them you like it and want more!!  Keeping them waiting while you "go get your card # from your wallet" and just put the phone down.  The last guy I talked to didn't know how to handle the situation and finally hung up.  I told him we were really interested in what they had and since our credit was so bad, we couldn't find a credit card with low interest.  This went on for a while until I said we NEED a card with low interest.  Did I not tell you we didn't HAVE a credit card!!!  Have a laugh at their expense.  I do.

I got the same call at which time I played "You are my sunshine, my only sunshine" on the push buttons of my phone.  The guy got pissed and cursed...so I started my push button tune again.  I never said a word, just heard him cuss and finally the phone intruder hung up.  I hope he got an ear ache while he did give me an earful of his BS.  Find the distorted humor in all of this, it beats the stress of getting annoyed... :-)

They call and a recording says there is nothing wrong with our account but they would like to discuss our credit card account.  We don't have a credit card !!!!! We are also on the so called do not call list.

Got a call on my cell phone. I am on the state and national no-call lists. Called the number back and got Cody(?). Told him I was on both no-call lists. He told me it was a courtesy call for better loan rates. I told him I am filing a complaint. He hung up on me. What good is it to sign up if the state and federal agencies won't do anything about the calls?

Well these clowns are at it again with yet another phone number (or should I say another cell phone).  This is my "second and final chance" to lower my credit card rates.  Yeah right.  In my opinion, that really translates into "This is our upteenth attempt to rip you off.  Press 1 to make it happen."

The longer the jail term for these clowns, the better.

I received a call from this number.  They told me that this is my second and final call about my credit card.  I am on the do not call list.  How can I report them?

Since I only have a mobil number, call blocker is not availible to me. This is a techinque I use for numbers such as these:  Save the number to your phone and give it a name that starts with Z - Zspammer for instance.   Once saved then assign this number to have a specific ring tone - choose the silent ring tone option.  You will still see that they called but at least you do not have to hear the call or be interrupted by it.

Call received from this phone number was not wanted and I am registered with the National Do Not Call.

They hung up on me mid-conversation after finding out I had no credit card debt.  Looking to sign me up for a credit card I assume.  Really rude and the number goes nowhere when you call back.  Listed as Rupert, ID.

Constantly am getting robo calls from this number. When I press one to lear details and someone answer, I ask them to identify themselves and they hang up.

Got a call from this number - 208-300-7844 - I wasn't home at the time, so it just showed up on my caller id and I don't have an answering machine, so I didn't know who this was until I looked up the number and got this site.  I'm on the National Do Not Call List - so what good does this list do? We don't even have any credit cards!!

File complaint with FTC, please, if you get calls from these lowlifes. Don't just complain here.
