Funny our schools are not listed on your site yet your GED telemarketers continually use our school name.  How about we call you instead of you harassing us?  Would seem a little more legitimate wouldn't it instead of harassing calls day after day?  I have decided on our next call to actually file against you for being in violation of the FTC calling laws...including the automated calls.

Peter it is a scam especially when they say they are doing this on the behalf of schools that seem to know nothing about this.  Automated calls are also illegal.  I would call that a scam if you have to harass the hell out of people to sell something no one wants.

Continual calls saying they were doing this for our local high school.  Our local high school said they do not have their permission for this.  Recieved 11 phone calls yesterday from them.  So far today only one.  They repeatedly call even after requesting them to remove our number.  Also Automated sales calls are illegal yet they continue this practice after numerous complaints to the FTC about them.  

No idiot, you're the rude ones.

You guys are very disrespectful and very rude on the phone. I suggest being more polite. Stop getting your panties in a bunch when you call for someone and find out they aren't there. It's rude. You'll be put in your place next time.

This is NOT a scam.  This company prints advertising on school boosters, sporting equipment, posters for football games, etc.  I use them four times a year for each of the high schools in my district and always receive a copy of the printed material.  When I am at the games and the schools, the posters are plastered all over the place and as a result, the student frequent my business.    Stop saying this is a scam because my dear friends, you do not know what you are talking about.  If you don;t want them to call or you don;t want to help, that's one thing.  But they are NOT a scam.

Reporting does nothing.  My business gets dozens of telemarketing calls per week. There is a new service that says it can block all calls and you don't have to do it call by call.  See NOMOROBO.COM.

Thank god my VOIP provider allows me to screen/block 100 phone numbers.  These trolls call 3 times a week and I just smile.  Love the non-AT&T phone solutions.

I work at all american and we are a company, we do have contracts with the schools. and if we were scammers, why wouls we not block our numbers?! We let you see where we are calling because we are not liars, you guys just want to rant and rave on the internet about people trying to provde for our families..We are trying to help the schools and feed our children also. to us this is a real job, but to you we are scammers?! how rude you epople are.

Nothing will stop these parasites. The FCC?  What a joke. Only 25 convictions last year, with millions of consumer complaints?  The law is toothless and primarily for show. The continued and ever increasing consumer complaints on great sites like this just go to prove the failure of the FCC.  When I get a telemarketer simpleton calling me, I act as though I'm somewhat interested and keep them on the line as long as possible, then give them a most vile, obscene cussing out and wish them death.  This is the only way to handle them, like the trash they are.  If they actually have a concience or any self worth left, they may decide the chump change pay they receive for cold calling people is not worth their pitence of remaining dignity.  Some will quit telemarketing and find employment elsewhere and be a better person for it.  For those who don't quit telemarketing, I can only hope for their swift demise :)  PS If schools dont have enough funds now, they never will.  Send your local school a check for ten bucks if you like, thats all this outfit will do and charge you more for it.

We are based in Idaho and are contracted out with over 2,000 schools throughout the US to do the posters for the schools. It helps schools bring more fans to their games as well as bring money back to the athletic program. We talk with the schools athletic director to do the posters before we start calling local businesses around that school. We also have the AD sign a contract. The AD decides how many pocket schedules, posters, and t-shirts we do for the school. Young lady called and asked for someone named Paul Rinker, never heard of him.  I asked what's it regarding and she said about paying for an advertising for our local schools.  I asked what School in particular and it was not a local school.  It was 3 states west of us.  Why would we get advertising for something so far away ?  Since we are in North Carolina and not Alabama, why waste my time.  Later looked up their phone number and found out it is really a scam.  Their BBB rating is either a D- or an F depending on what location you select.  

Seems like they just call randomly and say that the Athletic Director gave them our Phone number.  Couldn't be further from the truth since we were not even close to the school in question.

Stay away from these people.  You have been warned !!!!!

called our business asking if we would donate for a High School Poster featuring our Company.  I asked which High School and it was in a city that we never heard of.   We are in Idaho, not Florida !!!!!

Hello.  I am a current employee of this company.  First off, let me apologize to those of you who are on a National DNC Registry.  We as sales agents are provided with numerous binders for the school that we are working on.  The binders are already loaded with HUNDREDS of pages with Business information that is ready to Call.  We apologize for the DNC violations.  We as sales agents, are not shown which business listing is on the National Do Not Call Registry in these binders.  So believe me when I say this, we are just as shocked and upset as you are when we call you and are informed that your business is on the National Do Not Call Registry.

 To those people who have a Residential number that we call, this is a mistake.  We don't mean to do this.  Please believe me when I say this.  When I am dialing in my books, and I reach a person and they inform me that the number I just called is a Residence number, and not a Business, I apologize to the highest degree possible.  I also fill out a form, that we as sales agents have access to, that will REMOVE the number from ALL FUTURE books that we get.  I apologize to them, and let them get on their way.  

 For those people who CONSTANTLY get numerous and duplicate phone calls, also allow me to apologize for.  I know that I am not the one making these calls to you, but it is not intentional.  We work on NUMEROUS schools around the country and sometimes we have numerous schools in the same area.  Take for example.  I am currently working on a school, and there are 4 other sales agents working on schools around the area as well.  The books have the exact same "Business" information for all 5 of the schools.  Trust me when I say this as well.  I get numerous business owners and receptionists that state they had already recieved a call and they have declined.  At that point in time I apologize and inform them that we are working on a project that has 5 total schools we are calling for.  I want to give them a heads up that if they get more calls in the near future, it is totally without a doubt 100% unintentional.

 We as sales agents are only doing the job that we were hired to do.  We are hired to call businesses and speak to them about featuring their business on the sports posters.  We dislike telemarketers just as much as the next person.  I wanted to let the business owners out there know that, the sales agents, myself included are CONSTANTLY monitored on our calls.  There are office workers out there who are constantly rude and belligerent to us.  If these people are going to answer your phones and be the first Voice, or Face a person Hears, or Sees; it would be a good thing to make sure that they respect the customer, and represent the company as if it were their own.
