I told them I was recording call and under the debit collection act they can't threaten me with lawsuits or charges and that my attorney advised me to record call she eventually hung up on me with telling me who was coming after me.

I received a message that I needed to call the number as well stating fraud charges were going to be filed if I don't call their legal department within 2 days. I called told them right away I was recording call after advisement from attorney.  She asked if I wanted to go to court and I said excuse me not sure if I heard her right and she hung up on me after I told her it was illegal to threaten me with lawsuits and charges. Anyone ever hear back from them after or anyone after initial call?

It's a scam, just tell them you need their information (company name, address, etc) and report them to your states Attorney General's office.

Number called me and it was an automated message about fraud charges and left a number. I called the number twice no answer or vm set up. Strange.

Just called the number it was for my husband. He passed away over a year ago.  Just a scam.

Just got the call saying charges being filed against me for fraud.  

I just got a half cut off voicemail from some lady saying something about identify fraud and being served summons for court. Said to call their financial department at this number. No clue what it is about, wondering if other people are getting the same thing

THEY WERE SAYING SEND SOME PAPERS OF LAW SUED
