They call three or four times a day.I have never used a pay-day loan service(I have no paycheck).I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know however they leave hang-ups on my voice-mail which costs me 10 cents a min. when I have to delete them to get messages from family.

This australian guy called and said that he wanted to offer me a job.
So my family member not knowing that this was a lie, gave them my cell number.
Now, they overrun my cell and home voicemail with calls regarding a payday loan that I didn't take out. And if you try to call the number back, it's always a busy signal.

i have recently moved to US n baught a new SIM card last week.i am also getting mis calls from this ID since last three days...I dont now this number so i never attend this call..so best solution is 'DO NOT ANSWER'..

Operator transferred call to me for another employee.  Said her name was "happy", and she was from my co-workers' financial institution. I told her that if this was a scam, I would report them.

I keep getting phone calls at work from a man who does not understand that I am working and I cannot take his phone calls. He is very rude, obnoxious, and aggrivating. The next time he calls me at work, I will record the conversation and report him to the police. I cannot put my job at risk because he does not seem to understand.

IF they willnot give you an address, where will you send a letter to?  I am having the same problem.

These people called me on Friday May 2nd where I told them I was filing bankruptcy and they would need to address all further collection to him.  They refused to take my attorney's number and told me they were going to call my work everyday and put my account into collections.  First off, it is a severe violation of the laws pertaining to bankruptcy for any collector to harrass a person who is filing bankruptcy.  The law protects us from that and these people are violating it.  They call my job and cell phone at least 3 times a day.  They need to be shut down.

my bank refuses to stop deducting,  so I have many bank charges since they keep trying to take money out of my account.  The bank will not close my account (Bank of America) even though I have told them these people are scamers.  My bank says they will close my account once I pay the charges but it seems like it will be an endless cycle if these people continue to deduct or try to deduct form my account.

The countless calls at work, their calling every extention in your office, which I just advise my coworkers not to listen to them, when they hear the accent, hang up because no one should be calling me on a coworkers phone. I'm going to try sending a do not call letter certified, TODAY. Once they call me & my coworkers again (because we know the will)... I'm sueing for harrasment. This has gone on for too long.

I am off from work today and my supervisor called to tell me that they are once again harrassing them, this happens every two weeks and I have filed a complaint with FTC and even spoken with local authorities,  I will call the Attorney Generals Office today. Has anyone been able to get an address? I see I am not the only one going through hell with these idiots.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC.  Also, I believe they are being "sheltered" in Nevada.  I have filed a complaint with the State of Nevada - Office of the Attorney General.  Also since they are calling from a 208 area code - Idaho.  I have filed a complaint with the Idaho - Office of the Attorney General.  Maybe if more complaints are filed then they can be stopped.

Yep, they keep calling my work phone asking for some stranger...over and over and over.  Extremely rude people and very difficult to understand!

Yeah this guy from 208 492 2780 has been harassing me too.  Today was the worst.  Called my extension 4 times, then called administration (my supervisors) about a dozen times.  I would love to break his skrawny non-english-speaking rude neck.

i have gotten numerous phone calls from these people and i repeatedly told them not to call me at work and today was the worst, they called 15 times back to back. they were rude to me and my co-workers when they answered the phone. the thing is the name the give when they are calling isn't their real names, to many times i've called back asking for the name i was given, i find out that person does not exist.  the only thing i know to do now is write a do not call letter.

They call me over and over saying they will call my work and send "this" to the legal department.  Problem is, i have no idea who these people are and they are leaving this on my voicemail...can you say "third party disclosure"?  These people are idiots and the number they call on is obviously not in the states.

208-492-2780 has called here repeatedly, at least 20 times in the last half hour, seems to enjoy irritating the person who answers, is very rude and confrontational.  My advice is DO NOT ANSWER - they won't talk to voicemail. Not answering got rid of them.

These people call me at work every single day.  They have threaten to call my supervisor if I do not pay a lump some of $500.  I borrowe $200 and they deducted $79 every two weeks for about 1yr. I had to close my bank account. Now they are asking me for my current bank info that I will not disclose.  They speak very poor english but they are very rude. Any suggestions on how to handle this will be helpful. As I'm typing this, this idiot has just called me again.  I hung up on him

These people are doing the same thing to me.
They even called a family member of mine and told them that they were trying to recruit me for a job. Most of the people who continue to call me speak very little english, and they have no understanding when you refuse to give them your credit card, or personal information. This is such A SCAM....
If anyone ever gets any resolve from these people, please let me know how to stop them....

Get calls at work for a former employee.  Dude BLEW UP when I said "I wish you people would stop calling..." and threatened to call me over and over (which he did, three times in a row).  My job has a plan for him...I hope they get him and his daggone company!

How did your bank help?  They've been calling me at work, too and won't quit.  My supervisor just got off the phone yelling at them and they still called back.  She asked our attorney here what could be done.  How do I get them to leave me alone?  I've paid way over what I borrowed and when I tried to make a lump sum payment to get it over with, the amount was almost doubled what I borrowed.

I was such a fool to fall for this.  I guess your never to old to learn.  Someone please do something to stop these people.  The internet should be notified of this scam.  How do you go about doing that?

I too tried to pay off this B.I.G. co., they have called my work 6 times today, called my cell phone once and my home phone 6 time today.  They want me to now pay them 340.00, or it will go up.  They hung up on me when I told them I was taping the call.  I asked for an address to send a letter, the man would not give me any information.  My bank has been a big help.  I think I have paid them plenty.

Sometimes comes up on caller ID as 208-492-2780, sometimes with the intn'l. code 44 on the front (UK).  Often calls multiple times a day.  Usually asks to speak to employee N.  We tell them this is a business, and they have to call their clients at home.  They keep calling back over and over again.  Last time he identified himself as "Victor" calling from the United Kingdom with the company "Big".  Wanted to verify employment of N., which of course we won't do without a release signed by N.  Very hard to communicate with these people, very annoying, wonder if some collector is using the offshore company to get around FTC regs about calling people at work.

Got a call from +442084922780 saying his name was Kevin Marc. He stated that I owed a 4oo dollar sum for the company BIG, and if I did not pay by a certain date it is going up to 500 dollars and he was going to call my supervisor and tell him. My question to him was, why will you call my boss when you are turning down a way to pay off the money? He stated to me that they do accept payments only from a withdrawal no other way, but of course that changed and he said that he would accept the payment money gram, I asked for the information to process the payment and he refused to give it to me.

They call 5-6 times a day, for the past 2 months or so, asking for some guy I've never heard of. They are VERY rude! When I told him I did'nt understand his english because it is very bad, he yelled at me and told me I can't speak english and then hung up. I've been getting the same phone calls from the same company (B.I.G) and they keep asking for a guy I've never heard of. They have been calling me for the past 2 months AT LEAST about 5-6 times/day. I finally understood the guy long enough to get this number to call them back at :1-877-283-6730. You can try telling them not to keep calling you, but they will say 'ok' and just keep calling you. This company needs to be sued or something, I'm so sick of their crap!
