Got a call tonight from some medical survey wanting to know if this is a residence or a cell phone.
Just call the number back and after the recording give them your phone number and ask the to take you off the call list.

Looked at my Caller I.D. (said Cell Phone) and didn't pick up. There was no message. If you feel that you're being harassed by this caller I suggest filing a complaint with http://www.fcc.gov/

I receive calls like these seven days a week despite the fact that I'm listed on the Do Not Call Registry.

"Marc" left a message and said they were a Market Research Firm conducting a survey for Hartford Insurance Co.

no message. This number calls me 2-3 times a day and not leaving any messages.

I have received numerous calls from 208-515-7479. I have not answered and the calls keep coming.
This despite the fact that I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST.

If you can, please put a stop to this!!!

Marc,  I have reported your number to the Do Not Call List.  If you are doing a survey, then tell people that you call.  If a caller does not answer me on my first "Hello", I hang up.  If my answering machine answers, then leave a message.  Your company will be fined soon if not already as you are legally required to subscribe to the Do Not Call list if you are a bonified Survey Company or Telemarketer.

People these "unknown" or unfamiliar calls are scammers, period.  DO NOT ANSWER, and if you just can't resist, then DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, most of the time they are piecing your information together, and only need bits of information to pull off stealing your identity or opening credit in your name.  Don't be a fool and give them anything!  My cellphone number got exposed and I'm receiving calls too, even an "collection" agency working for AT&T Midwest! I never had any business with that company...so they'd hacked into an account and got my already paid billing information and are attempting to "collect" or scam money out of me.  They even sent me a phoney bill.  So check out FTC.gov to learn about scams, how to protect yourself, prevent fraud and recover.  Number 1 step...call one of the credit agencies and put a fraud alert on your account, the other two will be notified.   So even if you try to open credit, the credit department of where you're trying to open the card will call you first before issuing credit!  Don't be an American Idiot who is constantly falling for money scams...that's why they scam us, we fall for it!  No Idiot!

Person mumbled away asking a question that I didn't quite understand until after I hung up on her. She was asking to speak to the person who handles our company's Hartford Insurance policy.  By the time I realized this was what mush-mouth was saying I had already hung up on her.  If it was a sales call pitching some other product then I am glad I hung up.

Got a call from this number then I get put on hold, so I wait. When they asked for me I figured it must be a collection call. I finally get connected to a guy with a thick Indian accent, so I just told "Apu", "he (really meaning ME) no longer lives here". "Apu" asked me, "did he leave a forwarding phone number?" so I gave him the number to a payphone. Let him harass passers-by at the mall!

I called the number and the recording says it's a research survey firm.  Maybe the person is an employee who really hates making the calls so he hangs up and notes that the caller did not answer.

I got a call today at 8.30 pm from Marc. Didn't answer since I don't know any Marcs with 208 area code. Funny thing is I pay not to be listed in the phone book and I am registered in the do not call list. Same thing happened before with an 866 number and I reported, calls stop. I guess you have to report them, but really you are never safe. You give your number once to the wrong business and all hell breaks loose from there. So sorry there is people out there that has nothing better to do at 8.30pm or anytime for that matters. Cheers !

I called this number back and got a voice message saying they are a survey company.

I have been getting calls from this number 3 times, two on the 23rd and one today, I am assuming this person will call sometime this evening. Since they called the same time on the 23rd. I don't answer it and they do not leave a message. The caller id said it is from Boise ID.

Eating dinner, watching an episode on TV and the phone rings. I look at the caller ID and I don't know anyone with this area code and name; plus they are causing a major inconvenience to interupt me. So, I let it go to answer machine and of course they don't leave any message. Next, I google the number and end up here. Not going to talk to them-Period. Annoying phone calls!

I got a call from MARC 208-515-7479 also on May 23rd 2010 at 2:25pm.  SUNDAY!  I wasn't home.  No Message.  First time they have ever called though.

First time I got the call 5/19/2010 from MARC 208-515-7479. 208 area code is not Utah, it's Idaho, I know this because that's where I am from. Like everyone else, no message was left. Next time I may answer to see what happens.

Have received several calls from this number, usually in the evening. They hang up on me and when I look up their caller ID, it simply says, "MARC". 208 is the area code for the state of Utah. If I glean any more data on this annoying caller, will be more than happy to share it.

Its a yellow pages survey.  They called me twice and asked about my 'residence'.  I am at work... weird thing is, I got a call earlier from someone else running a different survey (local number).  This number must have gotten on a list somehow.  Oh well.

Received call from this number on April 12, 2010  8:39pm   caller ID indicated the name of MARC.
No message was left.

2 phone calls tonight---call ID days MARC.  They do no leave a message.
