I only have one regret. That the amount I owe eBay is less than $50. I wish I had stiffed them when I was paying $10k a month! Dirty rotten thieving lying b*****ds. Not surprised AT ALL that they have some slimey debt collection agency calling 7-10 times a day over less than $50 but it's going to my Skype # and I rarely ever even start Skype unless I need to call a relative overseas. These dirtbags have called me 57 times over the last 11 days! hahahaha And each time they leave a :04 silent message, meaning they're having to pay for a connection. I hope they keep it up forever.

They keep leaving me empty voice mail messages.  There is not a clue to their origin or purpose.  I am also texted regarding the "message".  This is annoying and adds to my text and call load.

How do I stop this?

I have not debt from Paypal or Ebay and this does not give a right for a telemarketer to keep calling your phone and use a scam to get money and information it is not happening

This number has been calling me everyday up to three times a day, very annoying. I looked this numer on the reverse and it has been red flagged as a telemarketer. How do I get this number to take me off their list and stop calling!  And they never leave a message

Thought it was Ebay collections. I owed them 40 bucks so I paid it online at Ebay and I still keep getting calls from this number. They won't tell me what they are calling about unless I verify a bunch of my personal info to them which I will not do. Either a scam or somebody forgot to tell them I paid.

I receive calls from a Boise Idaho humber 208-515-7481 at all hours of the day.  Many times I am in meetings, and it is annoying to have a call come in with no message.  My last call came in very early in the morning when I was asleep.  I have no idea who it is. I have blocked the number through my carrier Verizon.

Pay your bills; people. They will stop calling when you settle your debt.
They have every right to call.

Now I am getting calls from the same number,, a total of 79 calls within a week,,seriously...No voicemails or messages left,,, just repeated calling,,,
I closed my EBAY-PAYPAL account 4 months ago, it was paid off in full,,when EBAY starting telling sellers,, that they will be refunding the buyer of the item there money, PLUS shipping without contacting the seller first, to hear their side of  the issue.., THEN made up the rule that the buyer in many cases can KEEP the ITEM, PLUS get back their money if the item is far from description stated, I SEEN THE WRITING ON THE WALL,, IT WAS A PERFECT SET UP FOR SCAMMERS TO RIP OFF ANY SELLER THEY WANTED TO,,AND EBAY WAS SIDING THE THE BUYERS,,
I knew I couldn't afford to lose more than I already had with the higher seller fees, and paypal's "processing" fees, so I quit EBAY,,right then,,, knowing that I was going to lose money from that point on,,, and from what I have heard from my family and friends, who still are actively selling still to help end meet,, they have been ripped off twice already by the new policy,,, and these are folks that held a perfect 100% feedback for th past 4 years,, and now,,fighting with EBAY to hear there side of  the story,,but EBAY stopped caring for the sellers,,,and trying to lure new buyers in, with the full refund,, EBAY will protect you attitude,,no thanks EBAY and PAYPAL,,I rather work a fulltime minumum wage job, with a garunteed paycheck,,than deal with greedy fools of EBAY and PAYPAL mentality..

Yeah they are a bunch of scumbags. I was a Powerseller as well with over 1000+ FB but they let some scumbucket from Australia named Maurice Montesalvo file a bunch of bogus Paypal claims against me and he beat me for over 500 bucks. I shipped him about 50 items and then he bought some more and tried to screw me on shipping costs. When I caught him,he went ballistic. Left a negative for every item and Paypal refunded him and told him to return the items. He returned a bunch of junk but it had a tracking number so he got to keep the merchandise PLUS my money. They told me to file a police report but the cop looked at me like I was a nut. Any way Ebay shut me down for bad feedback and this piece of Aussie trash got away with it. He also left two death threats on my phone saying I was effing with the Sicilians and he had family 25 miles from my home that were going to kick in my door and kill my whole family. Nice huh? Well,he got away with itand I amout of business and now they are hounding me for 530.00 in fees and FVC. This was like the fourth time some piece of crap ran a gameon me and got away with it. It was the most costly however. If any body is thinking of selling on Ebay-DO NOT DO IT!

866-545-9145 or contact the Federal Trade Commision. They are busy as hell with these types of calls and harrassment, but they eventually get to the problem. Usually wind up fining the company practicing their harrassment tactics. Good luck.

Continual calls. They even call my mother and threatened her several times, with nasty and unprofessional mannerisms. Isn't this behavior against the law?? Needs to stop. They can't do ANYTHING  to you, so they get mad because all they are getting is a measley paycheck, no commision for collections. You have to be a moron to be in collections in this day and age. These people called from another number earlier this week. Took the trouble to follow through and found out it was a bogus debt designed to get personal information. Called again today from 208-515-7481. I told them I was not verifying anything and informed them I would report the matter to the Police and it would be treated as harassment.

It's not harassment!  You owe money--they are trying to get it.  Pay your measly $20.00 and stop whining about harassment.
Oh, I forgot--this is the "Me" generation, and nobody does anything wrong, or is mature enough to take care of their business.  Some of you just want a free ride through life, and it's not going to happen.

This is a third-party collection agency.  It is NOT a scam!
If you want them to stop calling--pay your overdue bills.  It's that simple.  Also, you cannot file an FCC "Don't Call List" complaint.  When you opened your account and provided your phone numbers as contact info--you gave them and anyone else associated with your account consent to call you.
Now, you can file a harassment complaint if they threaten you with jail, etc.
If you thought you were responsible enough to open these accounts, then be responsible enough to pay them.  It's not rocket science, people--it's life.

hopefully this will be the end of it.

this is stupid. i get called all hours of the day and night. non stop. cant understand wtf theyre saying. ebay is a scam. i posted a phone with a bad esn and clearly stated it had bad esn and somestill bought it, then called me a million times asking me to take care of it even though they bought it with the knowldege of bad esn, he filed claims in ebay, and of course ebay refunded him, i now owe 107.50 plus what other fees there are. i give up. i just answer and say he no longer owns this phone or i pose as a pizza place and ask to take there order. still stupid though

Paypal and ebay have been nd are becomming the worlds largest scam. They say they are not the same company but thats a lie. I've been a seller on ebay for 5 years with no less than a 95% rated power seller. Ebay changes poliecies that become unfair to the sellers. ebay refuses to look at the fact that the buyers do not reed the description on the handleing time to recieve there product and on top of that the seller is penalized due to the United states Postal Service is the worst on deliverying packakages and to top it all they loose packages and ship to other states than what package destination is. Yet ebay does'nt take the time to evaluate the problem. Ebay has become the worlds largest scammers and they should be penalized for there actions. Mmmmmm. I'm becomming to wonder if this is the goverment.Paypal holds your money because shipping standard is below standards. How is one to ship a item they own and put the exspense of product and shipping upfront and take the chance of being paid after product is even shipped. Hello, what fool is going to do that. Post office is unreliable and the worst mail carrier in the world. Yet, a smal;l guy like me gets screwed over by scammers like this. I was in the same predicament as him,  There is no communication with ether PayPal or eBay.
Customer Representatives do not comprehend or speak English let alone their business skills are non existence.

eBay and PayPal cannot do anything to anyone except make calls and waste time.
They have no legal jurisdiction.
