Collection agency working for Banfield.

This number just started calling me as of 2/20/14. I do not have any outstanding debt, so it's a scam if you ask me. It has been my experience that if you ignore the call, e.g. don't answer; they will stop.

Collections I waited and made believe I was the person they were trying to reach. It ended up as a bill collector fpr a uttility company. T

Several calls daily from this number even weekends. Help make it stop PLEASE

Dead Air Time-- in the words of the FCC. They called my cell phone and hung up. I presume they are looking for the previous holderr of this number. For Christ sake ( Budha, Alla, God, etc.) I have had this cell phone number for  two and a half years. They are way too late to call the previous number holder.

When is it possible to sue for harrassment?  I get called sometimes at least, and I mean, at least, 10x's a day from this number. The same thing and put on hold, no on on the line..I've also had a recording stating they r looking for some other person, address, etc. enough is enough!!!

After seeing the number on my called ID tons of times (as early as 8am) I was finally home to answer this call. This a-hole from IC Systems asks for someone who must have had my phone number prior to me getting it over 3 years ago. When I told this idiot that this is not the home of who you are looking for he jus stated that this was the last number he had for her... So I told him to delete it and to NEVER call me again...
If they do call again I will end up answering and yelling again.... I need to know who to call to file a compliant... They have no busiess with me so they need to leave me alone!!!!

These people buy up old debts or try to collect on old payday loans...  i believe this is what is happening in my case...  got way in over my head with these payday loans, many from online companies.  tried to negotiate with them, nada!!  so, found out from the WA department of financial instutitions that MOST of these were illegally loaning in WA state!!!!  so, did not have to pay.  

That is my take on these calls and also, they are set up using all sorts of area codes from all over...  but they are the same scammers..  when they do call, answer and when they threaten to send the police, ask them for an ETA on when this will happen...  I told them this and also said I would have my bags packed and ready when they get here!!!

Yep, same people that also call from 765-164, 310-765-1645, 323-513-3685, and Restricted and Unknown...  I told them to contact my attorney, which was not a threat but a real deal as we have a bankruptcy case going on and NO ONE is supposed to be calling us...  next stop I will be contacting the Trustee of the Bankruptcy court and giving them these numbers...it is a federal law that creditors cannot contact you if you have them listed on the bankruptcy...  the last phone call i called back, same scammers, and yelled at them and told them all of this, told them the BK case #, etc.  he was overwhelmed and said he as sorry for the call... hopefully this will stop them...  this seems to happen every 6 months or so...  ass_oles!!!

every day same time no one replies

These guys are calling me over a debt of someone else's but somehow they have my phone number (for 20 years) crossed with the bad debt - and they WILL NOT stop calling me.  The number was coming through unlisted, but I had a trap on my line and got the report.  Now I'm having the cell number checked through state patrol to get an owner - I've got friends - and then we're taking a road trip to Boise...

They are the intermediary service- they are responsible to get YOU on the phone- then they expect YOU to wait while they connect you to the bill collector- not likely jerks.   Click

It's become obvious to me that when someone dumps their phone number to avoid collections & someone else gets it, there's a sort of "food chain" the phone number goes through. I'm guessing the lists get sold over & over & hopefully the ones with faulty equipment, no message, etc are at the bottom. Maybe in another 6 months they'll stop.

A recording says "I have a call for this number. Hold Please. Sorry to keep you waiting. Hold please. Sorry to keep you waiting. I was unable to connect."

There is no reason for any bill collector to call me. Scammers! Buck off!

need to put on a do not call list

This number just started calling my mom asking for me and she is 80 yrs old and cannor deal with these calls, it takes alot for her to get to phone and I am afraid she may fall and get hurt trying to get to the phone

Phone rang, but no answer on pick-up.

If this number does indeed belong to IC Systems, whoever and whatever they are, I was getting calls from a 651 number for a month or more that belonged to them as well. Nobody ever left a message or anything. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know and don't call back if its not important enough for you to leave a message. My husband answered a call from them last night and told them to stop calling and this morning they call from a completely different number.

Call but dont leave a  message.  Need to report them to unwanted list.

the caller id on my phone shows " IC System " when they call.

i just gotta a call from this number, might be the same people I'm avoiding with other numbers they use to screen their business and name, please help...just wanna know who these people are

this person called me on May 3,2010 then theycalled me on may13,2010 then they called me on may17,2010 and each time they asked for Marlo and i keep tellin them i dont them i dont know no Marlo and Marlo dont know me

I've been getting calls from this number at least 3 times a day for the last 2 days. I finally answered the phone and told them they have the wrong number. I'm sick of getting a phone call at 8 am everyday and being woken up.

They call every few day and I never answer the phone.   Don't know anyone from that area.  Pee pee on them.

Some one is calling me 4-5 times a day from this number. Is there any ways to stop this kind of harassment?

I finally answered it today and it was a lady computer voice saying "Hello, someone is trying to connect to you.  Please wait while we complete the connection..."  3 seconds later.. "Hold please, we're still trying to connect.."  3 seconds later.. "Hold please, we're..<click>"

this number called me at 6:17 AM and woke everyone up. WTF?

they just called me, had my full name and mailing address. i actually called, was put on hold for 17 minutes then got hung up on. WHAT THE F***.
