IC Systems is a scavenger debt collector. They agressively try to collect debts that have been written off by authentic collectors. Ignore them.

Received 2 call from this number all in a span of 2 hours - I don't owe anything and am po'd that they are calliing my cell phone d***hits

Keeps calling day after day trying to collect old bills from 1999 that I never paid. You think they would be tired by now of wasting their money seeing that they will never get any out of me. Oh well boo hoo.

I've been getting calls from this number for a week on a phone number I've rarely use in four years.
IC System's phone system is not very well set-up, my answering system picks-up and their system gets all messed-up.

I called the number a few minutes ago, waited for 5 minutes and an operator came on line telling me the call may be monitored or recorded, I informed her I always record all my calls for possible legal action should it become necessary.
I told her "I've been getting calls on an answering system for a week and my CallerID registered this number".
She repeated teh number I told her that was my number, she asked if I was "XXXXXX" I told her "No, I've had this number for 4 years".  She apologized and said it appears they have an old phone number and my number would be removed from the account.

We'll see.

I owe $ 3452.02 and they try to collect that amount but I won't pay anything for sure, maybe I will change my name and address soon,or I will go to live to Canada so  they can go to HELL now.Lol.

they call me at least 3 times a day and at 855 every night Never say anything except my name and tell me to hold for a call so i hang up.

I finally got a hold of these people and it was because of eBay debt for $3.11. For anyone on here saying they have no debt, call them and talk to them if you are 100% sure about it. They were actually super nice.

I'm pretty young and shouldn't be getting these calls. They call when I'm at school, never leave a message. When i do pick up, they hang up. I'm expecting a call from a friend. I don't think it's him?

They have the wrong number and they keep calling anyway.

Its funny when people post here and say stop calling me! You really think the collection agency reads here and will stop calling you just because you post on a webpage? People get you a caller ID and a phone machine. Let them waste their time and money leaving messages and have some peace in your home once again.

Just report them to donotcall.gov and they'll begin getting fined for their unauthorized calls to you.

I just got this number two weeks ago and been having the 208 # call me constantly! All times of day..up to 8 times a day. I have no debt, and prior to changing my number I received NO calls from 208. I cannot get any answers from them...it's really getting to be too much. Can anyone help? Thanks.

This # 208-515-7486, calls me ALL the time and, even early, early morning hours, wknds, holidays, as well as evenings, usually about 2-4 times a day. I also have picked it up and they hang up on me. I am a disabled OIF Veteran and it has caused me panic attacks and my blood pressure goes up and I have lost sleep over this. I have had my number for abut 5 years now and no matter what I do they call me. Then this morning I get one from them only to get a "ZIP CODE" as the person calling! Someone needs to stop them from harassing people and the companies saying you can report them as spam now on your phones are no better then any of them. They only want to monitor all your calls you make,too.

Caller does not speak when phone is answered.  You hear breathing and know that someone is there, but caller does not identify himself.  Calls come in at least 2 times in evening and today, early Saturday morning.  We do not have outstanding debts.

I get calls from this number EVERY day. When I answer there is no one there when I call back nothing rings. They started immediately after I requested information from several banks on mortgage refinancing. The number originates in Idaho. I will call the FTC as suggested.

Who are these people?  Tried to get me to verify all my information before telling me who they are.  What to conncet me to another call?  As far as i know I have nothing in collections. I havn't gotten anything in the mail and i'm not behind on bills. Came on my cell phone.

These people are annoying  I have no call they do not abide by it and they call me 4 or 5 times a day on my cell phone and I went it to stop!!!  They never say anything when you answer ...

These people call me several several times each day. I am a disabled war Veteran and a widow and it takes me a bit to answer a call. When I do they like others mentioned try to over ride the conversation and very rude and cause my blood pressure to go crazy amongst my PTSD to have me mroe depressed for months now. This goes on EVERY day even at night and they WILL NOT stop calling me!! I have even told them they are wrong and my husband is passed away and please don't call me! The calls still come every day approx 6-9 ea day!

This is exactly what just happened to me! About a week ago, I started getting calls from this number every single day! Luckily, it was just once a day, and once or twice, two times. I never picked up until just now, and they said some really foreign name, asking if it was me, and when I said no, the person on the other end said that the call is being recorded! I have had my phone number for five-plus years! "WTH," to say the least.

Ok, I will help you all out. This is the collection agency for Ebay/Paypal. If you do not have an account with them most likely someone used your name, address or phone number to open an account with them. You can explain to them this is the case and to remove you from the list, but it will do no good. The FCC and Do not call list are worthless.
If you are getting calls from the a*holes just block their calls. They are not going to stop if you tell them they have the wrong number, send them them a certified letter, report them to do not call list or report them to your attorney general.
If you have a home phone all you need to do is get a phone with caller id block. Uniden and Panasonic make them now. The uniden I have does not even ring once, just blocks their calls. If they call on your cell and you do not have caller id block, just save them as a contact and set their ringtone to no ring. This way these bottom feeders can no longer bother you.

I just got a cal form this number any advice how to stop it?

I just called them back and asked them what they wanted. They said some crazy name. I said I have had this number for 3 years and i'm not who you asked for nor do i know them. Can i speak with your manager?.....   3 mins later after being on hold i get hung up/disconnected. Called back.... this time I just tell them don't call me back again if you do i will consider it a threat to my rights. She says " It will take 24 hours to get you out of the system. if you receive anymore calls just ignore them. I told her I won't ignore them, but I will use them as evidence. Hopefully they will get the idea.
