They Call the Debtors trying to collect money for their clients. However, for doing so, they are harassing and bothering other people as well, If the think they can get information or new phone number or address of the person who owes money to their clients. I do not know if what they doing is legal or not but they are harassing people to get a lead, where they can contact the person they are looking for. I had to changed my phone number because they called on daily basis looking for a unknown person even though my number was on NO CALL LIST( its another Joke. NO CALL LIST!!! they call anyway) Best way to deal with them; answer the phone and say I can not pay and not have any money. ask them if they accept part of your food stamps as a payment plan or if they would lend you some money to pay the other half dozen collection agencies who calling every day. Also asked them to call you tomorrow that you can talk some more.  or Better; Get the person's extension # and call them few times a day. Tell him/her that you got bored and wanted to call to find out what's going on.  How's everything, how is the family? ask about his wife, How she's doing, Kids? etc. Then ask; if he could lend you some money or knows of anybody that you could borrow some money to payoff your bills or you should call  him tomorrow? that would stop the calls . guarantee.      

They call, don't speak when call is answered, don't leave a voice mail if call left unanswered!  
I don't owe money to anyone.... If you are a collection agency wouldn't it behoove you to speak when a call is answered?!

I've Gotten Multiple Annoying Calls From This Number ... They call twice a day, once in a.m. and once in p.m. while I am at work.   Phone rings 3 times and then disconnects, leaving NO Message.  They really need to QUIT CALLING.

Boise, ID 83702 is the address for a hotel called Owyhee Plaza Hotel, but the phone number shows I.C. Systems.

I don't know if the hotel has been converted into office suites for rent, or if someone resides here or uses the hotel for the purpose of giving a false address...

Any which way, it's still a collection agency calling you.

Got over 87 phone calls fromthis number---noone on the line  -now what?

208-919-1292 we have been getting about 30 calls a week to the fax machine from this place. I called them and they stated they removed the number but they keep on calling our fax. I called again and the person fillped out on me telling me I was hiding some person and blocking thme from contacting them.. The person was so into his flip out he never heard that they are calling a biz fax machine and we have no clue to the person they want.. We are filing charges to the FCC and state on these people.

This number is related to the following two numbers:

208-919-1292 and 208-919-1296...both these numbers are land lines.  The 208-515-7490 number is a cell phone.  They are owned by IC Systems INC...a collection agency for among others, HSBC bank.

My wife is getting these calls as well and no connection to HSBC.

Time to have this IC Systems pay for my retirement by suing them into the stone age.

I bought a   DIDGITONE CALL BLOCKER   on line.  It's a wonderfull device that allows me to block all these freaks from ringing my phone.  I can see who has called,  but the numbers I have blocked do not ring the phone.  I have blocked 22 frauds so far including IC Systems.

Just got my first call from this number, but every day get calls from one of ICS's many outlets. There is nothing I owe them and nothing I can tell them about anyone else they're supposedly "looking for".

When I was a kid I collected baseball cards. Now I'm collecting ICS calls. I hope there's a HUGE class-act action against them as this page and any of us keeping records (or CID logs) will be "winners" rather than false debtors being harrassed by these scum. Would love to see the courts after these guys for owing money and calling them with threats: of jail time. Real thugs with incredibly misleading business plans and web page. Criminals towards 99% of the people they harass. If not in debt, if they're not responsive to requests to stop, if nobody is at the other end etc - complain to your local Attorney General and/or FTC (as they are interstate).

Who are they..what do they want?

In the past 7 days, despite being on both national and state "Do Not Call" lists, and with an unpublished number too, they've called each and every day now, usually early morning but sometimes late afternoon. As soon as I hit "enter" I'm going to explore legal means of putting this practice (and/or company) to rest. What leeches and pains they are! File complaints! (And I don't owe anybody money to be collected, either, so they are clearly just fishing/phishing.)

The first caller told me this was "IT Systems" I asked repeatedly to make sure he was saying T. Wouldn't tell me the nature of the call, but was asking for personal information from me. After several more calls, asking for personal information, not telling the nature of call, I got a woman who said it was "IC Systems", not "IT Systems". After telling her I was not going to give out personal information to an unknown caller, she said, "Oh, You will." and then she hung up.

Just got a call from here at 8AM on a Saturday morning (after working night) - not appreciated. Voicemail picked it up and the caller ID did state: IC Systems. No clue what they want, if they're just fishing or actually looking for someone (else). But the number and caller I matched, and no msg was left.
