Called another family member of mine (whom I have not lived with in over ten years) repeatedly, then called their personal cell phone and said they wanted to serve me papers for fraud, hung up after reluctance to give up info, then wouldn't answer when called back. We also reported them.

Calls and asks to deliver court documents to some random guy. Won't take no for answer

called my house and when i answered they hung up.... i reported them..

Calls 2-3 times a day, leave NO messages, no one answers when phone is picked-up, no one answers returned calls. Absolutely nothing known, except harrassment.
