I've checked into this number quickly over google search (you lazy noobs) and it seems to be from Sprint. Does it matter what for? Not really. It's apparently from a large, well-trusted company so I think you might want to answer it if Sprint is involved in any of your services.

This person called my cell phone first and then my house phone. I do not release both numbers to anyone. So I am concerned.
