Calls 2 or 3 times a day. Never leaves a message and when I do answer, they never say anything.  Called the number back, but it just rings busy. Caller name says Payette, ID. WTF?

I keep getting unwanted calls from this number.

i receive a call this morning from this number i tried returning the call on the phone just rings.

It's not The Teaparty calling it's your mom from venus.

I get several calls from this # EVERYDAY.  It is getting ridiculous and MUST stop!  There is never anybody there and when I call it back it says 'the ring central customer is not set up yet' or something to that effect.  What is being done about this?  I am obviously not the only one this is happening to.  I'm getting really p.o.'d

I receive calls from this number twice a day for the past month.  When I answer there is a an electronic noise then it hangs up on me.  One time I called the number and a human voice said "hello?" when I answered with a "hello" they immediately hung up on me. Since then I have tried calling the number back occasionally but no one answers.  I'm tired of them bothering me and wasting my time. If they're trying to sell something they sure don't know how to do it.

Talked to Verizon. They suggested that I file a complaint on this number with the FTC Telemarketing Scam and Fraud Division. 1-877-382-4357. www.ftc.gov

This number keeps calling - I can hear background conversations on the other end and someone sniffing into the phone but no one speaks. What's the point????

Can someone please tell me how to report these people who keep calling me from this number? They call & hang up. I call back & they do not answer.

Have been receiving calls from this number for months. They always hang up when we answer. I have never tried to call it back. My research came up with the same person that MarineDad did on this posting.

I am currently on the Do Not Call list, so I guess the only thing to do is report it and see what they do.

I found the same information linked to this number.  Kate M. Woodhouse aka Mary Kathleen Pritchard Woodhouse with a street address of 2034 Center Ave. Payette, ID 83661.  Maybe we should inundate this person with 'fan mail'?  Very annoying.  I paid for Call Screening service with my phone company and it won't work on this number.  I have yet to hear a voice on the other end.  Just many calls per day, never a message left and no answer when I call back.

I recently purchased an Ooma Telo voice-over-IP system ($249) with the Ooma Premier option ($9.99 per month). It only requires a high-speed Internet connection for unlimited calls, and it has a lot of nice features. One of these is a "blacklist" option. (Check it out at www.ooma.com).

All I had to do was to log into my Ooma account, then add this number (208-739-4363) to my "Personal Blacklist." From now on, this nuisance caller will get a "call blocked" message whenever he or she calls my number. My phone won't even ring. I can even see a record of these nuisance calls by going into my account online. Problem solved....

Get several calls daily from this number with no answer on the other end.  I am going to look in to an harassment charge with the information you all have provided.  I will keep you posted.  Thank you.

Keep getting calls from this number at least once a day, usually hangs up even if I answer.  

A cheap way to handle this is add the number to your contacts and type in something like "TELEMARKETER" or "IDIOT" as the caller ID so when that number calls you, you do not ever answer it.  I have found that if you stop answering these types of calls they usually go away, but if you have a hard time recognizing them without a name you may answer them by mistake.

I am experiencing the same issue......I am very annoyed at this point......I put the number on my block list, hopefully this works.....Be blessed everyone.

Got at least 3 calls from this number on Saturday ... they are calling an Arts Council, so they are obviously not just happy with bothering residential phones.  We are on the Do Not Call list so I wonder how they are able to do this.  The previous day we got a voicemail from a similar number claiming to be our bank and wanting information on a transaction ... I called the bank and they researched it and said it must be fake b/c they did not call.  Wonder if these incidents are related?

I got 28 calls from this number in the past 4 days and finally got to speak with the caller.

The lady said She was from Discover Network trying to update "Address on File". She asked for a legit business Name that we used to own several years back.

After She listened to about 5 minutes of my not so calm conversation with her, she excused her self and told me to my number will be taken of the list.

Every morning at 8:30am I get a call from this number and they hang up. If I don't answer, they don't leave a message. ONE time when I answered, a male voice said something very fast about "Discover Network" and the said "how are you today, sir?" (I'm a woman). When i didn't answer, he said "I guess that answers our question" and hung up.
Perhaps this is some kind of thing whereas someone is verifying working telephone numbers to sell to telemarketers (although i admittedly don't know the purpose of calling every day).

This number calls everyday and dials as wel answer.

Calls 3 or 4 times a day with no message.  Very annoying!  Is there anything anyone can do about these people?  It's so obvious that it is some kind of telemarketing.  This is why I refuse to answer the phone when I see this number on my caller ID.

The phone companies that issue these numbers could care less if they are used to harrass us because they get payed anyway.
