I know this call is a scam!! They want your credit card information!
When they call and time permits on my side of things I play their little game!
Give out a bunch of fake numbers, use false information. but my favorites are in the middle of conversations I say things like "hey can you hear that" "That clicking noise - they're tapping my line again" Its not safe" or that they called a massage center with happy endings and put on a phony accent to screw with them awhile.
FACE IT FOLKS They want to screw you out of something! You know its a scam so Have Some Fun with it! You'll end up having a giggle or laugh and will make your day, and if you don't have time, Hang up!

Judging from what has been said here (but also because I know better), it's a good thing I didn't answer the call, from this number, which I received 10/28/13 at 1:25 PM EDT.

Received call to lower my interest rates on credit cards. Pressed 1 to talk to operator to find out exactly who was calling and to notify them that I was on the "do not call list" and to not call again. When person came on line and asked for my identity I gave my phone number. She interrupted by saying "I don't need no mother f****** phone number", then she hung up. I'm reporting this to Federal Trades Commission and the Better Business Bureau. It probably won't do any good, but I'm fuming!

I am so tired of receiving these calls. I have been on the no call list for ever. I even renewed it but I still keep getting these calls

They are SCAMMERS trying to trick you into giving them your credit card numbers. They are NOT a legitimate business. If you are posting on here and are talking about them as if they are legitimate, GET A CLUE! It's a FAKE NUMBER displayed on your caller ID... :-P

Revd call from 208-767-4150, multiple times on various lines that didn't need to be rolled over to the next line. Looked up the phone number from the number belongs to, supposedly ATC Communications / Albion Telecommunications. I called them as I found them on the internet, and the nice lady behind the desk tried tracking the number and this particular number is not even assigned to their corporation.
This is a magic jack number doing what it does best....annoy busy people - and because they are coming in on a corporate business line I do not have the option of ignoring Private Call and Blocked call numbers
Sorry for any typos

This is your final notice to lower your interest rate on credit card. Pressed one to connect talked to Kamia or something like that. I asked for the name of the company and who they represent. She stated CMA, Discover card. I then stated this is your official notice of do not call me again.

Here is my telephone call with them today:
-recorded message...do you want to save money on your credit card? If so, press 1.
-Me: (pressed "1")
-Male telemarketer: You want to save money? You pressed 1 to talk to me.
-Me: What company are you calling from?
-Male telemarketer: what?
-Me: what company are you calling from?
-Male telemarketer: "F*ck you, buddy."
-Me: silence
-Male telemarketer: "hmmm?"
-Me: silence
-Male telemarketer: "hmmm?"
-Male telemarketer: brief loss of background noise
-Male telemarketer: "is that jack*a** still on the line?"
-Male telemarketer: click, line goes dead
So this is the kind of company anybody would want to do business with, not including the fact that I've been on the Do-Not-Call list for over 5 years?

Didn't answer and let machine pick up. No message but hopefully, they wasted their time and paid or used cell minutes! Anytime I answer and get what they are pushing, I report them to the FTC and the Do Not Call list (.gov)

These people have several different numbers. I wish the phone co. Had a code you could key in when you get these calls as spam or scam not allowing that number to call out, once they have been flagged so many times.
