I actually got a recorded call from 011-44-2088030417 wanting to know if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rates.  Last week I pushed 3 to indicated I didn't them to call me anymore.  

This week they called back and I pushed 1 to speak to an operator.  The operator did answer and when I explained the previous week I pushed 3 to stop getting these calls the person just said nothing.  Then I said are you doing something to prevent your system from calling me?  The man then said "Why would you want to do that" and then chuckled.  He didn't tell me what company he was with either.  I eventually got frustrated and hung up the phone.  

This is a strange call to me and not a typical telemarketer.  I was worried that when I pressed #1 to talk to an operator that the call may actually get routed to another country and I'll see some crazy expensive bill for my 3 minutes of wasted time.  I think its also strange they are putting 44 in front of the number making it look like the call came from the UK.

Recorded call wanting to know if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rates.  Pressed 1 to speak to someone (to inform them that I was on the Do Not Call Registry), recording told me I was first in line to speak to someone.  Several times.  When I was being transferred to speak with someone, suddenly received a fast busy signal (disconnect.)

Answered to a recording stating "it's Account Management" then a live person  picked up and asked if I want to lower my interest rates. When I asked who they are, he hung up.
