I got taken, too.  I fought back immediately because it was apparent that I had been a fool, especially after I saw the look on my husband's face when I told him.  Reported it to Ga. Bureau of Consumer Affairs and I'm writing up the story now.  Also will send to BBB and Attorney General.  I would like to have others with me with their stories for more ammunition. By the way, I did get my money back after fighting hard with them.  They go by MoneyWorks, Financial Protection Services and VersaDebt as well as Clear breeze Solutions. Anyone interested in putting them away?  I check this site all the time, so let me know. Too many people have been hurt. I'd like to help.

Like the rest, I fell for this company because they offered such a good deal and told me my credit card was going up to 18%.  They told me they could get it down to 3%.  The woman who taped my voice said "Don't worry about what they say, just say you understand...it is just a formality".  Stupid me did just that.  I told Clearbreeze that later and they said they would "investigate".  The investigator, Pamala Jones, never got back to me and I have been trying to call her.  No luck.  She has said through other people whe will call me and never has.  I tried emailing them and their site does not work.  I have called the Attorney General of Georgia and will follow the instructions they asked for-for them to investigate my case.

I fell for it too.  Boy do I feel like a dumb$%#!   Contact the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia  (404) 656-3300.   I just spent about 16 to 20 hours on writing up the facts of my case to present to them but at least they said to send it in and they will look at.  I hope this works for both of us.  This is a lot of money.  I wish you good luck and hope I have it too!    Tortellinicat

This company is a HUGH FRAUD. They will charge you $990.00 without doing nothing.  It took me 2 months to get this charge removed from my credit card account. I contacted the BBB of Georgia and they were investagating this company for credit card fraud.  I have also complained to the FTC and my home state Attorney General.  Keep up with all the complaints and you will get your money back.  I keep responding to all my letters from the BBB of Georgia. The more paperwork this company has to fill out the less they will be able to scam people.

I suggest everyone contact you State Attorney Genral's Office and see it they know of this company. Mine did and said it is a scam. Folks please  just because they provide the services does not mean they are not deceptive and unethical.  First off they violate the NOTCALL registry. Second the first cold call is a lie. "this is your day or  chance..."  Iv'e been hearing that for months. Last chance.  BULL.  YOu can request that reduction at anytime. Any company that trys to force its services on you like they do is not a company to let get their hooks in your business.
The $4000 savings is a scam. Only way this $990 is worth it is if you are totally doing everything wrong. And are not smart enough to sit down and think about how to address your payment and call you credit card company for a reduction. If the company was a decent company they would not refuse to rescind for a potential customer who changes their mind after they have a night to consider what the $990 is buying them. If one chooses to accept the services fine. You may get help. But if you reconsider and want out they should grant this without having to go to extreme measures to force a refund.  How reputable is a company that operates like that? Why would they that. Because they know their best chance to take your money is by high pressure sales not by services rendered. Only those who are ignorant of simple facts would take theri offer in the first place. Otherwise they would make their presentation and let the service bring in the business. As it is they try to deceive and trick  the vunerable. If you don't ask very detailed and repeated questions you will be totally deceived on what they are really doing.  Things like, The cost will be absorbed by the credit card company via your savings or "no out of pocket money". What a deception that one is.  Makes you feel like it won't cost you. Not only will it cost you but you will even be paying interest on it.

BEWARE....NOT ETHICAL.  THEY'LL CHARGE YOU $990 FOR THEY'RE SERVICES.  IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, AND CANCEL WITHIN YOUR 30 DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL, YOU WILL HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.  MOST LIKELY THROUGH THE BBB OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY.

I work for Clear Breeze.  Our numbers have never shown any $ from Greece. They originate from Florida.

2. The web address is only for existing customers.
3. So what if a web site was registered recently. The company has been around for quite some time.

4.Calls come out of an outbound call center. It is not designed to receive calls because only certain people qualify.

The only people calling us a scam are simply people that do not understand the program.

5 A website is originated by the domain registrar. There are many of those companies throughout the world. That doesn't mean the company's business license was started in NY.

You're simply ignorant of simple facts.

My mother just called me because she got this call last night and fell for the scam. She said the $990 was already charged to her credit card, and she was now starting to get suspicious.

She told me the call was from "Clearbreeze Solutions", so I Googled that and found nothing but complaints and rip-off reports. I gave my mother the contact number (877-383-7748) and told her that although this probably wouldn't work, she needed to call this number ASAP and request a refund, consistent with the company's "money-back guarantee". Sure enough, it was a dead-end.

So I told her the next thing she had to do was contact the credit card company and explain that she suspected fraud, and do what she had to do to get the charge removed. That is where we are right now.

I'm worried that it won't end here ... Someone above mentioned a "monthly charge" ... is this part of the agreement too? I worry about how much information she gave them and if they'll be able to really mess with her credit ...

I have one question, regarding the "welcome package": I want to advise my mother to refuse the package when it arrives (someone above said it required a signature at delivery), but I wonder if, in this company's skewed interpretation, that would void the "money back guarantee", since the package was never actually received ... Ugh. I don't want to get a lawyer involved ...

I was contacted by financial services and my call went just like everyone elses.  I went to the point of giving them all my info then got cold feet and called Bank of America.  BOA said companies like this are dishonest because only the cardholder can get their rates lowered, not a third party.  BOA asked me if I wished to report my card as lost and I did.

I have been getting calls from this company now for about 6 months even though I'm on a do not call list. When I would call the number on my caller ID it would say that the number is disconnected or no longer in service. How can this be, they just called me. Each time the number was different but with the same computer intro. I decided to try to gather as much info as possible and take their calls. If they are going to waste my time then I will waste theirs by keeping their reps on line as long as possible with no sale results. I figured it may be the only way to get them to leave me alone. When I would get to a live person, they would hang up on me if I asked for a phone number or name of the company, or a manager. Tonight I got a call at 7:00 pm. After a 10 minute hold time I got to a live rep who was vague about how he was going to save my credit card debt by negotiating a lower interest rate. I asked how they can do this and he said that they are the lawyers of the credit card industry. I asked for a phone number so I could call back after doing some research since I will be giving out personal data. He told me that I would recieve all of that info after I qualify and kept pushing to get my CC number. The more questions I asked about security, the more he raised his voice and forcefully educated me on my rights as a credit card holder. He did slip up and told me that the name of the company is Clear Breeze Solutions and that he was calling from Chicago. The caller ID number was 062-241-9883. (fake) I googled the company and found tons of people complaining about these people. My advice...RUN and don't give out your info to anyone. Let's do our best to shut down these blood suckers. I appreciate the former employees who truthfully came forward here.....Keep the callers on the line as long as possible and don't give them your info. FIGHT BACK!

It's a total SCAM! My father got sucked into it and is now at the bank filing fraud reports and closing the account with American Credit Counselors who Clear Breeze/Financial Solutions sent him to. He paid the 990.00 on a Visa Credit card so at least he can file a fraud claim with Visa and be covered. The monthly payment however will have to be filed with the bank as fraud and will be covered under Regulation E and returned to his account. A huge pain, but at least he will be refunded and the bankknows to watch out for those transactions if they try to charge his account again.

Some background info and checking:

My father spoke to Clear Breeze who then charged him 990.00 one time fee to start with company. They got him in contact with Financial Solutions and American Credit. American Credit said to ignore anything from Financial Solutions becuase they do not work with them. Financial Solutions 888-879-7001 gave my father a website www.resolutionscenter.com. I called the number on the website and somehow they are associated with American Credit and gave me their number 877-969-3328 or 866-260-5994 and a website of acchelp.org. I do not know if this company is legit. I do know that the bank is making him cancel any contract with them because they do not feel it is a trust worthy company. Everytime I tried to call Clear Breeze at 877-383-7748 the woman would keep hanging up on me becuase she said it was a privte line for clients only. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one, I asked to speak to hers and she would hang up.

I hope this info helps anyone else out who has gotten involved

I actually worked for this company for a week and  I felt there was something fishy about them. From the start they told us it was an inbound call center when we were hired which turned out to not be true.We also didnt know the real name of the company until we got nosey and found out for ourselves.Plus the fact their computer calls numbers that are in do not call states and they still try to get people in those states qualified.I say if you do it keep a close eye on your charges.I still think something is fishy.Plus they didn't give me a payroll check for my first check after i left i got a company check from them and i hate to see where hte next one is coming from.

I too have been hassled by this company. After I started to engage with the tele-marketer (Shannon F.) and began the proccess I had second thoughts and decided I did not want to continue. She began to yell at me saying "What's wrong with you, you can save lots of money" The more she yelled the more sure I was I wanted nothing to do with this. She would not get off the phone so I hung up. I did get information from prior to hanging up. So I called the # she gave me(877) 383-7748. I called this # to complain and it was a KIA Car dealer and he told me gets calls all the time and to google the number. I also went to the web site and this # was on there too. So I say this company is shady at the least and I would not trust a company that is so pushy. If they have to push that hard to make a sale then it must not be a very good product.

I currently have worked for "Financial Services of Atlanta" aka, Clear Breeze Solutions, for less than a month.  In that month I have been able to ascertain that there is something not right with this company.  I was trained immediately to lie to the customer, and tell them that we are Financial Services of Atlanta, a Visa and Mastercard affiliate and that we work with over 551 nationwide banks and lending institutions, and are able to negotiate your interest rates directly with your creditors.  I am a "qualifier" so the only thing I was authorized to do was qualify.  That means I was the person that you talked to first, who said,"thank you for calling financial services, are you calling regarding our lower interest rate offer?"  Then I would proceed to let the customer know that I was calling because they are elegible to qualify for lower interest rates on the EXISTING Visa and Mastercard accounts.  Then I would ask them how much approximate debt do they think they have, a ball park figure is fine(because you need more than $4K in credit card debt to qualify.)  Then I would ask them what their interest rates are, and then get their 1-800 number on the back of the credit card, and 3-way the customer in, and let them into their account info.  After verifying that they do meet the qualification minimum, I would then congratulate them, and then fill out the lead form and transfer them to an account manager or financial consultant, who would then walk them through step by step and get their rates lowered.

I have been told numerous times by customers that they were on the DNC list, and that I was not supposed to be calling them.  Most of the leads were to people's cellphones and even business numbers.  Most of them time we don't even have the names of these people, because their Caller ID info doesn't show, or it will show the city and state only.  We are told to "build a rapport with our customers" and "get them to trust you."  And, if anyone asks for a phone number, we either give them a reason that they cannot call back, like saying, "If you call us back, then you will have to wait on hold and get another Customer Service Representative, so let me just schedule you for a call back so that I can save you time."  If the insist on a call back number, we are told to just hang up.  If they ask for a supervisor, we are told to hang up.  If they demand our address, we are told to hang up.

In my little time there, I have had people call just to get the company name and info and tell me that they are going to report the company because they won't stop calling.  I have a piece of paper to write down people's phone numbers who ask to be taken off of our call list, and at the end of my shift I am told to turn in these numbers so they can be removed.  But, I have talked to people who are very upset(even crying)because they keep getting called like everyday, two to three times a day, and have been trying to get off the list for MONTHS.  I am told to advise everyone that it takes 30-90 days to remove their name from our database due to the amount of leads we have.

I have even talked to people who say they don't even have, or never have had, a credit card.  These poor people are scared because they think someone has stolen their ID and got a credit card in their name.  In this case, I verify the name of the customer and let them know that we are cold calling them, so that they know that we are not just calling Visa and Mastercard customers.  I apologize and tell them I will write down their name to have it removed from the list.

I don't know what happens in the back after the call has been verified.  The company keeps this a secret even from it's employees, unless you are a "Closer" otherwise known as an 'account manager' or 'financial consultant.'  But, when you get a customer verified, then the get lots of "good jobs" and pats on the back.  They treat you like a MVP if you can pull in a qualify a day.  Out of 300-400 calls I take in a day, it is hard to get someone to qualify because most people refuse to give out their info and they don't know who our company is.  I don't friggen blame them.  I wouldn't give out my info to someone I don't know.  I don't care WHO they say they are affiliated with.  And, if your qualify "closes" meaning the customer signed up and the either, $990, $749, or $649 fee has been charged and approved to their credit card, then you are the friggen king or queen man.  They treat you like you just found a cure for AIDS or something.  People give you hugs and handshakes and high fives, and they will walk past you and pat your back.  You feel like you just did something BIG.

The company doesn't disclose their closing procedures to their "qualifiers."  In fact, if an account manager takes over a call and it goes to close, the qualifier needs to walk away from their desk so they cannot hear what the closer is saying.  This is really fishy to me.

I hope someone is being helped by this info.  The company IS in Atlanta, GA.  I don't know if they provide a quality service or not, because I don't know anyone who has actually got their services.  But, I had a feeling this company had some shady dealings so I googled them and found numerous(more than 50)complaints.  So, I figured I would let you all know what I know, as a former employee.

Clear breeze solutions is out there to help people get out of debt 3 to 5 times faster.  If you have more than 4000 dollars in credit card debt, they can truly help you with the interest savings.  Paying 18% interest on a 4000 or more debt will take forever to payoff.  I believe in the company it's legitimate and safe.

I want to just say, I am very sorry to all those who have been caught up in this. I did not know what I was getting into when I started working there. I only worked there for a few weeks.

The truth is, the reps don't know more than what is in the script. It took two weeks for me to know what the name of the company is. They do not give us the website link. We don't know the phone number. We are even scammed in and out of our pay checks. They tell us to make up things to get people to trust us. They don't really explain what exactly we are doing to help. You can just call your company without spending that kind of money.

Also, they tell us to put your number on a piece of paper to stop calling but do nothing with it. So the calls continue. They push us for sales. The managers seem like nice people but their bosses are shady.

If I hurt anyone, I am so very sorry....

They are lying about being in business for 10 years, they have only been in business for since December of what? 2006? I know it's just been a year and a half.

Many of the other people working there have bad debt, they don't train people how to help people manage dept, they train us for two hours of how the pay rate is going to be then, put us on the phone with scripts. It someone asks us too many questions, we are told to hang up.

We get paid, $75 if they scam you into 990 or we get $56 if you pay 749. It's all commission so we are struggling to trick people to pay our own bills. No one stays at this job for long. I sure can't. They have new people come in every single day. People come and people go. If it makes any of you feel better, they shred the credit card information the qualifier initially asks.

I apologize for mess...

I am a former employee of Clear Breeze Solutions in Atlanta, GA. During my 8 months working for them, I was pretty skeptical about the company, I was wondering if I was scamming people, especially the elderly out of $900-700. If dealing with getting cussed out on a daily basis, hung up on, and told to "get a real job" did't drive me nuts, hurting or scamming people made it even worse!

One day I recieved a call and listened as the person on the other end expained to me that she had verified all her information and been cut off the line at the end. She then explained to me that she cut up all her cards, cancelled her accounts, and reopened them because she was afraid of fraud. She was very cooperative so I took down her name, number, and address and informed her that I would call her back. I then left my desk and asked my manager to look her up. When I called her back, I was pleased to ask her what her interest rates were now? She explaind that the CC company did not give her an introductory rate of 0%, but gave her rates between 5% and 8% which are great rates. I informed her that our company had not just hung up on her, in the system it stated when calling back, no one answered. Being as though she asked to listen to her rates being negotiated live, her rates had been changed that day and she was unaware of it.

I say this because Clear Breeze may sound like a scam, and it may be in certain peoples eyes, but everyone has their own opinion. I left Clear breeze because I was getting paid $10.00/hour, now I work as a manager at a department store making salary pay. It always makes me happy to know that I have helped people whom need a little bit of guidance.

Please note that Clear Breeze DOES NOT take advantage of any of their clients, just the CC companies! To be honest with you, it is up to you if you'd like to use their servces or not. We do not work with the elderly nor do we work with teenagers from 18-20 because we do not want anyone to not understand the services. That's what keeps Clear Breeze in business, we've gone along this far, why else would we be in service???

Hey, maybe I am a Clear Breeze Shill, but I am getting nothing out of writing this, just the clarity to people is what metters to me. S***, we all make mistakes!
