2089061006 keeps on calling my cp day and night and never leaves a message. it's really annoying; the good thing is.....i dont answer anybody who is not on my phone directory! sorry.....

Whenever they call which is sometimes a few times a week, they call after midnight when in bed and when pick up phone, they have already hung up.  other calls like this from another number happen during the day.  How effective can telemarketing be if they hang up and do not talk to you.

They have been calling for a couple of weeks now. I decided to answer it to find what they wanted.

They wanted to speak to my wife. Said that they were calling from Lane Bryant. My wife was not available, so they hung up.

Recommend using the Do Not Call Registry.  We logged 12 calls (hang-ups)from Contact America in the last two weeks.  We reported a complaint to the Do Not Call Registry for all of the calls, left contact America a voicemail and sent them an email asking them to stop calling.

Not sure if it will work, but not sure what else we can do.

Have gotten numerous call from this Contact America evert day and some times twice a day  with no message left and one answersIf it contnues I will Call My Phones Services and report it and the the police.

Been getting calls from this number on my cell every few days for the last couple weeks, I never answer especially since I don't know the number or anyone with that area code.  I'm even on the do not call list.

I think it's Lane Bryant calling to add insurance to your credit card.  I had a very spotty connection with the person on the other end so I could not verify but that is what she sounded like.

208-906-1006. I have voicemails doing some kind of loan hustle... they leave some kind of 877-xxx-xxxx number to call them, I don't recall their name - I just delete the d@mn thing.

i've got the same story. almost daily calls (today too, a saturday) with no messages left. finally answered a few days ago & no one was there. f-ing ridiculous. they're calling on my vonage line. don't know how to block it.

It appears they call to be annoying. Plain and simple.  I believe what comes around goes around.  It is a spiritual law.  I feel sorry for the people who work for this company.  I'd go get a better job.  No one gets blessed by being unethical.

Received call from caller ID "Contact America" at 10:17am ET on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008. Phone rang three times; when I picked up, it disconnected. I called back to that number and received a female-voiced recording stating, "Our office is now closed. Please call back during regular business hours." Have read other comments about this number...I am going to watch them like a hawk and sue for harrassment if necessary.

Have received three calls from this number and they never leave a message.  I have applied to do not call but they somehow are getting around this.

same deal basically as everyone else. they've called me intermittently once a week or so for a month.  never a voice mail, and tonight i finally answered and it/they hung up on me.  calling  back gave me the verizon lady telling me the call could not be completed.  

someone above said it was lane bryant and i do have a charge with them so its possible. but why would a large respectable corporation harass ppl this way and not leave a voice mail? and my bill is paid so its not like theyre hunting me down.
