Got a call on my cell, just silence on the other end.  I called bach and an answering machines tells me that the number I dialed was unavailable or unable to connect.

Received a call from this number at 6:43pm today September 4, 2007. I did not answer.

I'm also from Puerto Rico and got the same message. Also last month received the message.

By the way my Cellphone company is AT&T(Cingular)-Puerto Rico

Got a missed call from this number @ 2:36pm EST and I report it @ donotcall.gov When I called back it said "International Call..." I am from PUERTO RICO TOO!!

Got the call in Puerto Rico at 11:45 am. "Gracias por ser nuestro cliente. Marque "uno" por un regalo." Called my phone company "Claro" to let them know. They said they would document my complaint in case there was any anomaly in my phone bill.

I receive a call from then today it said to press 1 for a gift and I hang up. I google this number and here Im. Be very careful with this type of calls.

I'm from Puerto Rico and today at 1:43 pm I recieved a call from this number too but didn't answer because I was in a meeting, and basically I had the same problem of all you people, I call back and it didn't answer.

I received a call from this number.  Luckiliy I was on the internet and looked it up.  I noticed it was from Idaho and did not answer becasue I do not know anyone in Idaho.  I saved it on my phone as a "DO NOT ANSWER", so I know next time not to answer. By reding your comments, I decided to register my number in donotcall.gov.  Thank you.

I got a call from them Today.  Got the Spanish Recording and reported it to the Donotcall.gov registry.

Im from Puerto Rico too and I received a call from +2089063211 at 2:15 pm and it was the weirdest thing I've ever heard. It was a recording a people talking in different languages and all I obviously understood was "Press 2 to continue in English" and "Presione 3 para continuar en Espanol". I was curious so I pressed the number and nothing would happen... The recording just started playing over and over again. When I called back, the number was busy.

I had the same as Marissa, and I'm also from Puerto Rico. The fact is that the message was in spanish.

I received a call from this number but did not answer since I did not recognized the number.  Then, checked area code, 208 from Idaho, and I looked up in google for the number and this page came up.  Now reading all the messages in here I believe could be a phone hacker.

Got call from this number, when answered, there was silence.  Tried calling back and said number not in service.

I received a call from this number, and when I answered it said it was from the Disney Vacation Center. But, when I informed the guy that I was not interest, he was really rude and hanged up.

I just received a phone call from that number, and the strange thing is that only my husband has my phone number because is a temporary number.  I didn't answer the call, but when I called back all I got was a fast busy.

I JUST RECIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TOO, I DID`T ANSWER BUT BE AWARE SOME ONE IT TRYING TO HACK NUMBERS.

Got a call at 7:38 -4 GMT. Only silence at the other side, seen the number call me before... Googled the area code and it points to Idaho. This site also came up so here I am!
