I had a ad  on Craigslist  and  that  number was in a email I got  from it,,and it  was a simple item I had  listed,,and  the area code  os  over 500  miles  from me,,I  doubt very seriously  they would drive 500 miles  for this item,,I suspect they are  putting  email addresses  or  phone numbers  to email addys

They called me and said "You will never s*** thi*****k again.." and hung up...

I always get calls from that phone number, but when I answer, they always hang up.

got a phone call at 425pm and no message was left

I got a phone call from them a few minutes ago, she said someone by the name of Levi called her? She said she was confused and that she would call back later, she asked my name, and she asked how long I had had this phone. I told her about three years so she said "alright, well i'll call you back in a few days". I don't know, I guess she's dumb, has the wrong number, or it's a pathetic attempt at a scam.

Please quit calling.

they called and left a message, but it was one of those crappy messages where you don't get the first part of the message so I didn't hear who it was but they did leave a call back number came to this website and they said it was a collection agency so I didn't want to call them back.

Me too!  I hate that and I do not return calls to folks who don't leave message AND phone number.  Collection Agency?  They call the wrong person.

They called my dad after my mom died and told him she had an outstanding bill and he needed to pay it but would NOT tell him what the bill was for. We never even recieved any bill in the mail for it! They are charging intrest but why would he pay on something that he doesntknow what its for....for all he knows it could be a scam and its looking more and more like it is. His wife just died he shouldnt have to put up with this s***! They f****d with the wrong family at the wrong time.

I want this number to quit calling me

I just recieved a call from a lady asking for a girl called Kristy something orother... I told her she had the wrong number she asked who I was and I told her my name, she asked me how long I have had this phone number, and I said since today and she asked if I knew the person she was trying to contact, and I said, no and then she said thanks and hung up.  The number was 208 954 8550 and it registered on my caller ID as coming from Boise ID.

Very strange if you ask me... I tried calling back and no one answered.

I answered the phone and spoke with a nice gentleman from action collections. He asked me what my intentions were the debt so told him I have no intentions because I have no job.
I owe the debt but no means to pay at this time, he was understanding and told me that he still has an obligation to continue to call in the future, I told him I understood good luck and goodbye.

I have been getting calls for months, after discussing things with my mom I realized how fishy this sounds.  Not only can you not call the number back and they never leave a message... when I asked to be sent a copy of the bill so that I could keep it for my records and because I wanted to know exactly what this was for they told me "we don't do paper bills anymore".  REALLY? She also gave me a P.O Box where I could go ahead and send my check.  I have had something in collections before which I had NO PROBLEM paying because it was MY debt.  However, I was given an actual letter, left a voicemail, and dealt with reasonably personable people.  I don't know if this is a scam or not but I plan on finding out tomorrow.  As for everyone getting on here and saying that we should just pay our bills... yadda, yadda... Look around the only people on here are trying to figure out who this and are all trying to figure out who the hell is calling them. Makes no sense for a person who is so dead set on people being good citizens and paying their bills on time to cruise around online to say rude things and claim over and over again that this in fact, a legit company.

These bone heads call me everyday. They do not leave messages. They med work Ive had done in 12 years is dental by my nieghbor - I pay cash in full at time of service. I called back once and they could not verify anything or even give me an idea of what the supposed bill was for for because they could not confirm who I was. yet they still call ...........

I keep getting calls from this number and they do not leave a message.  I hate it!

I get this number on my cell caller I.D. several timed in one day. it's becoming almost everyday.

BLAH! is probably an employee of this company.. all debt collectors get some sort of commission or bonus on amt's collected from the accounts they manage. No one should fall for the unprofessionalism of someone that speaks in that manner

called the number and got a message in spanish, then english saying it was for mexican nationals who needed credit or something like that.  double checked the number.  they called my son's cell at 3 am.  we are not spanish,  but US citizens and he has had that number for the last four years.  kinda weird..  I did google and that it was a landline in eagle, but I am not paying 40 bucks for the name.  oh well, just reporting what I found.

I got a call this morning. A lady was asking for "George". I told her she got the wrong number. Then she ask if I knew him, and I reply No. Then hang up.

Stop typing in CAPS!  And yes there are some companies out there that are picking up bogus and already paid collection accounts.  If you look it is on the Federal and State sites for Fraud to watch for.  Also,  just because they say you owe something does not mean it is owed.  Get the Agency name, contact, and the debtor.  Contact the debtor for confirmation.  And blAH learn how to spell

They keep calling and leaving a message to call back a number but the message is only half recorded.
