That # called my cellphone today. I did not answer. They did not use voice-mail. I am too smart to call it back. LOL
Sounds like 208-983-2121 is a disconnected # that the caller is using as a SPOOFED #  so the caller's real # and location remains a SECRET.

I just received a call from this number and I am in FL too - lucky for me I missed the call, so did not answer it.  It is my work phone #, so this is really odd!

Just got a call, on my cell number, from that number and did not answer.  I listed my cell on "do not call".  I live in FL also.

I got a call from this number. I tried to call it bck but didn't get a connection? I am a sprint customer.

I just received the same call from this number. It showed up that the call was from Idaho, but I  didn't answer. I called the number back a minute later but got a recording stating the phone number was disconnected.

this number keeps calling my cell phone and when i answer it's costing me minutes and no one is there. i keep deleting the calls and they keep coming. i know no one with this number, and when ilooked it up it appears others are getting harrassed from this number

In the computer hacking scene of the 1980s, demon dialing was a technique by which a computer is used to repeatedly dial a number (usually to a crowded modem pool) in an attempt to gain access immediately after another user had hung up. The expansion of accessible internet service provider connectivity since that time more or less rendered the practice obsolete.
A similar technique was sometimes used to get the first call for prizes in radio "call-in" shows, thus leading to the adoption of random "fifth caller," "seventeenth caller" etc. by radio stations to circumvent this practice.
The term "demon dialing" derives from the Demon Dialer product from Zoom Telephonics, Inc., a telephone device produced in the 1980s which repeatedly dialed busy telephone numbers under control of an extension phone.[1]
"Demon dialing" is sometimes used as a synonym for war dialing, a related technique which uses automated computer modem dialing, though instead to conduct a random search to locate other modem-connected lines.

I would change ur number ASAP. Last two years I had bank accounts depleted of over 20-25 million secretly. Kept getting these calls and they are referred to as deamon dialers. In fact they are transmitting all ur secure info when u call back. Or they call in  i will be changing number tomorrow  and replacing iphone and ipad  Cops do nothing of courses hey don't understand cyber crime at local office and business insurance doesn't cover this fraud or U HAVE TO HAVE A SPECIAL POLICY I WAS ADVISED FOR CYBER CRIME AND THEN LAWYERS WANTED A MILLION TO PROVE IT. Got a miissed call from this number showed up as caller unknown like whoever is using this number doesn't want any one to know who they are tryed to run a trace on it and it comes as an Idaho number I don't know anyone in idaho

got a call today and it was a poorly recorded message in Spanish. Have no idea what the message was and declined to press for informacion.

It was a call in Spanish talking about how my T-mobile account has a balance of $70. But, um, I have Verizon.....

My daughter & I both got a call from this number on each of our cell phones - within 5 minutes of each other.  It was a recorded message in spanish so I have no idea what it said (I speak English only!).  We found it very hilarious that the message was in spanish but the number the call originated from is in.......wait for it......Idaho!
