I have received 1 call each day at various times for the past 9 days from CAPOLYC.  When they called, they would switch between 4 different phone #?s (619-801-2301, 510-699-9205, 916-219-9209, and 209-220-1917).  Clearly, it is not a legitimate business.  A legitimate business would not constantly change its phone #.

How do these people get around the" national do not call regestry? "

I have received a couple of calls from this Phone #. When I saw CAPOLYC I had gut feeling Telemarketer. I did not answer. They left no message. STOP CALLING.

Keep getting calls from this number under the name CAPOLYC. Also have received calls under the same same, for numbers: 619-801-2301 and 510-699-9205. I'm also on the "Do Not Call" registry.

Have received several calls from this number and I am on a do not call list. I do not know how to make it stop.

Got a call from this number, local to my area. Said please hold while we connect you then some business name was given but could not understand.

Since I was waiting for FedEx to deliver a parcel and live in a gated community I answered the phone, after 3 "hellos" I got this reply: "hello ma'am my name is Jason and I am a paid fund raiser and con." As soon as I heard the word "CON" I hung up and added this number to my Pro Call Blocker blacklist. Imagine being dumb enough to identify yourself as a con!!

Get calls from this number and no message left.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

They called ask if it was me I said yeah they said sorry bad connection and hung up. Wat the hell do they want...this is stupid , they need to stop...

Got a call this morning alleging to be from police department.  The call came from Soledad, CA.  I keep getting calls from Soledad, but different phone numbers all the time.  There must be a large call center in that town.

Got one 209-22-1917. I would like to have a phone blocked but don't have a voice phone and message machine because I'm deaf, geez.

Had trouble hearing him so I adjusted my phone volume.  Then I heard all but the name of the organization.  I asked him to repeat it and he hung up on me.  (may that be permanent!!) Checked caller id and it was Capolyc.  He said he was with ???? and calling on behalf of the police.
I'm in Stockton.  Any donations I make to police organizations will be directly to the organization ---- NEVER to one of these callers.

Me too! This weirdo was making heavy breathing noises on my answering machine. Calls all the time at late hours. Scared to answer the phone when i see the fresno on the phone.

Got a phone call 209-220-1917 asking for the same thing....money. Total scam! He just ended going off on me and hung up. We cant even call back for verification. This phone call came with many others from different  countries.

My father was a cop and years ago I donated something to an org that was for the police. Don't do it. Hardly any of the money goes to the charity most goes to the collectors and then they sell your number on a " suckers list ". I started getting calls from police depts in 20 other states and had to change my number to get them to stop.

Ditto...Same thing happened to me in Santa Clarita. Besides, I heard these telephone solicitors are scams anyway.

They are calling to get you to DONATE to the POLICE DEPT....uuummmm.  NO WAY especially after you gave me a ticket I didn't deserve and had proof of my innocence for which the judge blatantly ignored because we later heard our city is so hard up for cash that they are ticketing for anything and trying to make every charge right or wrong stick.  So you know what Police Dept....that was your donation.  Hope you enjoy it!!!!!!!!!

Received a call and the idiot waited for the voice message to come on and then was saying ..hello, hello and then satyed on the line for another 17 seconds.  Have no idea who they are but I already bloacked this number
