I had a call from this number at 7:05AM this morning; it woke me up. I was in a car accident and have a hard time sleeping; this is not want I want when I am sleeping. Does anyone know who this is so that I can call and give him or her a piece of my mind? They don't even say anything; I just heard a sound then nothing. I hung up.

I agree with all of you guys. I received a call just this morning at 7:05am. Why isn't our government able to so something about all of this types of calls. I've signed up with Do Not Call but it has not done any good. I am ready to cut off my phone between this one and others like this one.
