i have received these calls also but it comes up another number when they call but this is the number they give you to call them back.

I had one a night and could not understand what he was saying and told him not to call me back and he said" ok I call you in two days" sure enough at 6 a.m. in the morning I got another call but did not answer the phone...this justin left urgent message on my voicemail that said I need to contact him or have my lawyer call him...I called back and spoke to justin and he said I had taken out a loan and had my bank acct number and said I need to pay back...I told him I did not take out any loan and to not call me again...so far no call....

I am going to contact the Modesto Police Dept and see if what can I do to put a stop to this. The information I received was an address 512 Byron Tower Street #5, Stockton City, CA 95201. I acted like I was going to make the payment and recorded the conversation. These people are outrageous.

Has anyone reported him? Clearly this has all happened recently so he needs to be reported immediately. I searched his number and it shows as a landline in California.

This caller did the same thing just one hour ago. He claims his name is Justin Woods calling from a law firm. He called for my coworker at our workplace saying the matter was extremely time sensitive. I asked what law firm and "he could not give out any information."

When she called him back he gave her the last 4 digits of her social and mentioned some bank account that she had never heard of. He told her 'they' were suing her for a payday loan and she should speak to the judge. If he calls back we are threatening to call the police.

Calling my office for one of our employees. Calls repeatedly and is very agressive and rude.  Told me he was from a lawyers office.  Asked to speak with employees manager.  I informed him that he was calling a medical office and if it was not a work related matter, then he should not be calling.  He then tried to tell me that it was work realted. I called him a liar and hung up on him.  If he continues to call, we have informed him that we will contact the police.

They just called me too. They called my work and threatened me about calling my employer. Same exact scenario. A legal case against for a payday loan that I did not do.

This caller is calling me about a false case,   and sayin i owe money for a payday loan that i didn't not apply for.
