Who the heck are these psychos I've reported police dept. FTC, FBI along with this information do the same.  SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I had the same thing happen to me today. I called back the guy tol me I was going to jail and I was stupid and then hung up on me. I called the number back then contacted my attorney and he laughed and said not to worry and if he called back to go to the police station. Very rude individual for bein"judge"..

I received a call about a criminal charge? Was very upset.     My call was on the 25th of Oct.    It was some lady who called called twice      No answer....I am calling the police tomorrow.

Got probably the same canned ham recorded message, except this was a female voice and sounded quite muffled.

And ended it with "we wish you the best of luck with your court hearing" . . . can we say "scam?"

Frankly, it's quite laughable.  They really think they're intimidating people.

received call from 209-266-2669 from Coulterville, CA on 10-22-2013.  when I answered there was a pause and then a recorded message.  message was a court hearing tomorrow and if I didn't show the police will be at my residence or work to arrest me.  did not state what it was regarding other than my arrest nor do I know what it is on.  called the number back numerous times with no answer, continue to call and later got a recorded message to leave a message, which I did .... "Get a Life"!

Some lady call here on phone talking about some would come arrest someone. They did not say who they was calling for and for to call her judge. They even left some case number that I have never heard of before and that ti show up in court tomorrow morning.

I just got a message from this number but it was a woman with an Indian accent saying she is going to get in touch with my employer and have court papers delivered tomorrow. So stupid. I have been getting calls from Indian men for the last year that can barely speak English but claim they are going to have the police come to my house. I wish I could find out where they are because every time I tell them not to call anymore, they call from a different number. It's bull****.

I received a phone call today, I missed the call a vm was left that was intrusive and claimed I was going to be receiving court papers and so would my employer and if I didn't show I would have a warrant for my arrest
I called the number back twice. Finally, a man answered that claimed he was from a law firm in California. He sounded muffled and like a recording. He said he had to read an affidavit of my charges and that the phone call I received was an informative notice this number was not intended for return calls. I said I want to know what my charges were he rambled on and on about check fraud and money laundering charges. I asked him what county and what court these charges where coming from and he couldn't tell me. I told him that was fine file ur charges and make sure you can back your claim up because I filing fraud charges and I will bring my banker with me to court to prove I havent received any electronic funds! Nice try though.....then hr hung up on me....very rude !
 

This Kevin masson is calling me but he isn't backing off he continues to keep calling from this same number is it real or fake

received a call from Kevin Mason..who informed me I was charge with 3 counts of fraud.Kevin had some of my personal information, when I asked why now  you guys getting in touch with me  now,his response was they e mail me. I asked whats name of your company and he hung up. I told my lawyer about this and my lawyer call and respond with a smart answer .Kevin told my lawyer to put your hand in your mouth and hung up, when we we call back we got a busy signal. .

did you report this and if so to whom and how? via what #s did you call to report it?

This number 209-266-2669 also called me on 10-07-2013 and told me I would be arrested if I did not show up in court the next day. So I told Mr. Kevin Mason that I've never received a loan and I would have my jag lawyer contact him!!! He hung up on me so I kept trying to call back multiple times and he wouldn't answer. So what should I do?

I received the same call plus about six others saying they were gonna arrest me if I don't show up and they were going to come here and make sure I show up for court these people need to be stoped and put where they cant scare anyone else

These are scams! And all those threats are illegal, and server does not call you in advance! You really should have listened to your bank and you should also file complaints on this. They found a easy mark, now they will keep on coming after you until you start taking a stand!  Here is the relative article..

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

I returned home after work and found this most horrible message from a man with a thick Indian accent 209-266-2669 saying that he was going to arrest me (for what reason?) if I didn't show up for some court hearing tomorrow? Where he is calling from is unknown to me. I never contacted this company or whatever ever before. The arrest threats and saying there is a legal court proceeding that I never heard about before completely ruined me. I am a victim of another thing Identity Theft/Fraud/Online Loan scammers who have been harrassing me via phone calls, emails ever since I agreed to 4 small loans that I recd on 9/12/13. They wouldn't send me any paperwork until after the 1st payment date of 9/27/13. Others have also called me at my work and demanded I pay them otherwise they'd come to my job & have me arrested. They refused to send me documentation, however stupid I am, I actually paid the 1st woman with a thick Indian accent $300 via a greendot money pak who said she was from US Cash on 9/19/13. The next day 9/20/13 a man with again a thick Indian accent called me with more threats of arrest, saying they Speedy Loans had a criminal case against me even though the 1st payment was not yet due, but because I got so scared I ended up paying him $875.99 around 11am and with him threatening me so many times more paid him another $786.75 around 4:30pm even after my bank told me to not pay them anything that it was a scam.

I received the same message today!

I literally just got a call from the Kevin guy as well. He was extremely rude and when told I have no issues with the law he hung up on me. Very rude.

i got a call a 1pm from someone who said he was kevin masson. he said i was schedlued for a court hearing the next day if i didnt  show i would be taken into custody.i called the county court and they showed no record of a court case against me in the court house.

Same scam call I received today and same message. They must be making their rounds.

I received a call from this number, by a person who identified himself a Kevin Masson, who was the states attorney, an that I had a warrant out for my arrest. further, if I did not respond, I would go before the High court if, whatever that is, I asked him for his bar number, and he hung up. I tried to call back, and a message said he was not available.

I received a phone call from this number and was told that there was a warrant out for my arrest. When I returned the phone call I was treated rudely and hung up on. The person on the other end knew my address and told me that the police will pick me up. I went to the police station and had them run my name and was told there was nothing on me.
