I received a call from this number and it was a Verizon Wireless Automated Messaging Center informing me I had a message to retrieve.  When I called the number back, it prompted me to enter my cell phone number and the message said I have a change in account status and I owe on my bill.  I paid the amount due and service resumed to normal.

It was Verizon Wirelesses attempt to collect payment.
