I have received several calls from the this number when I got to call them back all I hear is music.  I belive its Franklin Credit not sure

I left the answering machine on and they never leave a message.

We got a similar message. They said the office was open on Sunday and I tried calling the number that called me (209-320-9673). The office was closed. Also tried the number they left (209-353-3947) and got "Your call cannot be completed as dialed".
