My phone kept ringing about every 15 minutes from the same number so I finally answered and it was someone trying to sell me into the scam Google Money Tree.   They also use the phone number 902-358-6611.

I recently received phone calls from this number too. phone id was vernas hair but they said they were google pro cash and i had requested information. when i told them i had not they said that was how they got my information- had name, address and phone but wrong email. definitely something going on.

EXACTLY I did the same thing ....curious bout ad I saw on facebook.
got to the credit card part and decided no wayyyyyyy besides I aint paying to get a job lol I think when u work they are supposed to pay u!!

My phone started ringing around 8 AM and continued about every 20 minutes until I finally answered around 10 AM.   Caller identified themselves as being with Google, I promptly told them to remove my name from any list and stop harassing me with the calls.   Both a scammer and a spammer.

I am getting numerous calls from 902-358-6611 and also reversing the area code...209-358-6611.  The 902 area code is in Nova Scotia, the 209 is in California????????  How can someone manipulate the phone numbers?????  Now I am receiving calls from 801-785-2724.

Hey, what's happening? I got 23 calls yesterday from the same number. Are they overkilling this or what?
Can we get these guys arrested somehow? I'll sign the petition. I'll even go down there and have a word with these goofs.

I tell you all, these guys are asking for it. If it's Google trying to get our money, why the blazes do they hang up? If it's money they want, most of these bozos are trying and scam you into something but answering the calls. The bottom line is if they call my number again, I will not answer it. After 20,000 times, they might give up...ha haha..someone over there has the IQ of a ping-pong ball. Let me know what else you guys and gals here....cheers...I'm off to grab a beer and no blasted telemarketers phone calls please...lol...thanks gang.

Same as above...many calls per day....either dead silence at other end..or a Chinese lady says it's April calling and hangs up.
What kind of scam is this. Totally insane mental patient maybe..lol

the number 209-358-6611 has been calling my phone as well as the 902-358-6611. they both started about one month ago. no set times and sometimes the call late at night (10:00 pm) so i know that it is not a telemarketer. It my be that they are trying to establish a route through a third party number to make long distance calls for free.

There have a been a number of people and business who have had their phone numbers hijacked in Canada and they have ended up owing thousands in long distance charges.  Phone companies may leave you on the hook for these charges because in their eyes you were not diligent in protecting your number.

I have been constantly getting calls from this number and also from the 902 area code.   I finally answered and the person said they were from Google.   I think it is one of those companies trying to scam you into signing up to make money from searching on google.

I have confirmed that this call is from the Google money Tree, Google SEo Offer, etc. This happens because people signup for this offer and provide the company your phone number and they call you multiple times a day. This will probably happen to people who do free offers online..like me..

i first received call's from the 902 number..now i'm receiving call's from 209-- so far 11 today..it's driving me nut's!!

They call 3-4 times a day. I never pick up the phone though. I called it back it was busy.

I started receiving these calls this morning and they have continued all day and into the night.  The call is very broken up and hard to understand because my responses echo back, however I believe the first time the caller a man, identified that he was calling from google.com.  I told him that I couldnt hear or understand him and hung up.  The calls have persisted.  After checking the number on Google, I found an alarming amount of other annoyed people who have registered complaints againsnt the same 209-358-6611 number with some people indicating that this is a kidde porn solicitation. I tried contacting my carrier to see if I could block this number from my phone but unfortunately was told that I could not do that.  I am seriously frustrated.

I think this is true, it might be from  Google cash, money tree. Two days ago and after seeing their ad on facebook I got curious about the program and unfortunately entered my phone number in their website during filling the sign up form, but when I got to the section entering my credit card number, I got suspicious and closed the window. Today, the number 2093586611 has called me 4 times so far and when I answer no body says anything and it's busy everytime I call it. I haven't had such calls before so I guess these calls might be related to that program.

Be careful I think this Google Cash thing is fake. I am glad I didn't enter my credit card number on their website.

really who the hell are these people. I been getting calls from this number the last couple of days . about 10 times a day on my cell phone. They don't leave a message they don't say anything.

I have been receiving these calls from 209-358-6611 "Verna's Hail Salon" and when I answer, there is usually no one there, and when I call the number back it is always busy.  Finally spoke with a woman with a very thick accent (yes she knew my name) and she said she was with Google.com and I had won a package.  Told her to never call me again.  Don't know if she's called today or not.

I received two calls from 209-358-6611 today, first time I didn't answer and second time it was an Indian guy asking for 'Shameka' or 'Tameka', which is not my name.  I told him he had the wrong number 3 times (seems like he couldn't hear me at all) and he finally said 'sorry about that' and hung up.

I just received a call from the same number and they wanted to know if I had a credit card and said they were from google.  When I told them that I did not they said "okay ,thank you and hung up".

I am also getting calls from this number and it is really starting to get too me. This person needs to back off before he/she has a bigger problem on his/her hands.

I am so glad I checked these numbers out.  I had no idea that so many people were experiencing the same thing.  Very irritating to keep receiving these calls.  I'll keep looking for tips to make the calls stop.

Is there a way to make it stop?  The called me four times this morning between 9:00 and 9:26.  When I call back the line is busy.

7:30 Am I had this number call me.  The weird thing is they asked for my bf, and his name isn't even registered under my cell.  When I asked what it was concerning they spelled out google for me.  I got annoyed and said do you realize you are calling toronto Canada and it's 7:30am?  He quickly hung up.  I tried calling back but no answer.  This is the third number from the US,(one from Nevada and two from California), that has calle dmy phone in two days.  Does Google know that these people are cold calling people representing Google?  How do they get their numbers and why would they have my bf's name connected to my cell?  Can I ask them to pay my phone bill since they always seem to call at peak hours?  The No Call registration doesn't seem to work.  I am really annoyed and I want answers............

Also if you wait a minute, you'll here a guy from a call center in india offering you this great "opportunity".

3 calls this afternoon from this number. 4 yesterday from the same number in 902. Did not pick up any of the calls. Die already.

Hi, I too am getting calls from both the numbers.  I do not pick but but am very shocked to see this forum on here.  Frustrating no?!
