just got a call from him too,on my cell. he's got an indian accent. told me that there was a law suit against my name and social #. told me to call an attorney.

I got the same call!! Some Indian accent dude named JOHN. He said that i was to call him back or risk some sort of law suit against me. I tried calling the number he listed back.. NO ANSWER. I think this is a scam!

Yeah, same here, but a different name..Charlie something. I could barely understand him because of the heavy background noise and also that he has a heavy accent. I was told to call back the same exact number he called me with (odd..first red flag) and that I have a law suit against me. In my voicemail he said if I don't call back I would be in big trouble and God bless me...he called me yesterday on Memorial Day..4 times. He said I had to call back so I could get a claim number but he had my work info and some of my information (last four of social number..not sure how he got it) but that if I didn't call back or my attorney..then I would be in big big trouble. Weird.

My boyfriend and I both keep getting these phone calls after we have filed a police report for fradulent activity. I told them if they continue to call my phone I will call the police again. Then they called my boyfriend and told him they will play the voicemail to a judge. My bf has quite a potty mouth and once he started talking to samuel or mark or whatever his name was that day, he began to cuss right back and say what awful people americans are and that he was going to rape our families. These guys are fraud and don't give them any of your information!

GOT THE SAME CALL SO I CALLED BACK THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A ADDRESS BUT GAVE ME THE NAME DAVID COOPER AND I TOLD THEM I AM TRACKING THEM AND I KNOW HE IS USING HIS CELL PHONE SO HE GOT SCARED AND HUNG UP I KEPT CALLING BACK HARASSING THEM THEY WONT ANSWER THERE PHONE NOW I AM REPORTING THERE A***S TO THE FBI !!!!!

I got a call from these people saying I owe them $1200 and needs to be paid right away or I will see them in court

I got the same phone calls on my home and work number saying I would be sued and had to call the attorney Robin Ross, I called and it sounded like the same exact Indian person who answered, I asked to speak to Robin Ross, and it sounded like he disguised his name, they're telling me I owe this ez cash loan company money and that I"ll be sued and that they are going to serve me the papers at my job?  They said they wouldn't send it to my house.  Also they told me they sent me emails telling me I owed them money, emails which I never received.  I tried to get someone english speaking on the phone but they just kept putting the same indian guy on the phone.  I don't know what to make of it.

Indian speaking person saying I am going to be sued and I need to have my attorny call.  Harrassing me on my cell. work and home number.

I got the same message too.. the accent sounded Indian....I thought it didn't make sense for someone to call you up and say they you are being sued. You have to be served first by a marshall.

Got 2 calls from this # claiming to be the law office of russell miller, told me they'd see me @ court and gave no info as to why they called I believe the same scammer called from a 919 # last wk.

It's a scam.

i just got a call from this number.... I could hardly understand him. He tld me to call him or have my attorney call it was urgent and said good luck at the very end.

This guy is must be outsourced or something. He doesn't even pronounce my name right, he harrasssed me on my cell and at my work phone. When I do talk to them they refuse to let me know why there calling yet want money.
