I got a v/m from this number from a representative named Steven Smith (funny his accent didn't match his name but that's another story). When I returned the call I got some representative by the name of Angela who wanted me to verify my info and when I demanded they tell me exactly what the matter was concerning first she blurts out part of my ss# then told me to get a paralegal because I'm getting sued....right?! And then she hangs up...excuse me?? I phoned right back and demanded to know their company's name and told the person don't so much as contact me by phone again unless they inform me of the nature of the call upfront.  She grew some bigger balls and says "Or what? What are you going to do?" Um um too funny right? But just as I was giving her an ear full of exactly what she could do, she hung up. What!? So, I phoned back again...they hung up, I got all day and this was getting quite amusing so I phoned back again, and again, and they had the audacity to block my number because I couldn't get through at all...  I guess evidently for harassment.  So-called creditors can't take a dose of their own medicine.  Humph,..go-figure. Like I said---I got all day...

I got this call from some 2093966907 said they were a legal department gave me a wrong social security number wasn't even us, called us 8 times back to back. They wanted my attorneys name and address, so I opened up the yellow pages and picked one out gave them the name and address and phone number. Then they wanted me to have my attorney call them back, that they don't contact attorney's. How stupid! I gave them a few choice words. both in english and in spanish, hey if I knew pig language and snorted like a horse they wanted me to pay someone else bill. They Suck! I am gonna pass their number to the 1 800 sex u up number and give them the two people name. ha ha! see how they like being harrassed by degenerates.

I received the same message.  They were rude and could barely understand what they were saying.  They also said at the end of the message.  GOOD LUCK.

OMG Some one just called me from there!  Saying all the same info.  I have no clue who they are, but they have my information.  When I call the number back it does not go through?

I received a call Saturday on my cell phone - left a msg for me - telling me it was urgent and was a legal matter. When I called back I got the same thing. Some witch named Angela claiming to be a bill collecter. At first when they gave me the last four of my social I too quickly said yes what is this about, thinking it was a NEW loan I had gotten. I was naturally concerned but when I started asking details they would not give me any. I asked what company and demanded to know and she finally said they are affiliated with Cash Advance. I told her I never got a loan with them becuase i found out that in the state of Georgia you CANT do that. Now I'm afraid they have my information. I don't even want to have my check deposited into my bank account. What should I do??

I received a call on my cell phone then they called my work phone and disclosed personal information to my co-worker without her even asking what it was in reference to. I called them back and an Angela answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that I defaulted on a pay day loan. Would not tell me from what company, for how much anything. As soon as I began asking questions she started shooting out information. She kept putting me on hold when I really started getting pissed she hung up. I could not reach them for a good hour and when I finally did I asked for a supervisor and she put me through to an "attorney" however she would not disclose the name of the firm and proceeded to tell me I owe them money or face consequences. About 5 hrs later I received the same message and Steve Smith told me that he hopes I call him soon otherwise "good luck in the matters that unfold upon you" WTF?!?!

They asked wierd information, had my info and I couldnt understand there accent. They wanted me to send money right away to avoid bieng sued? I am not sending them anything and after researching found out they are fakes! DONT SEND THEM MONEY, instead call the better bussiness bureau or the athorities. I will never use a payday loan place again because they cant or wont protet our information! SCAM!!!!
