called twice and did not leave a message.

Got a call from this number twice on 4/22 and they did not leave a message.

They have been calling me for days offering a "debt settlement program." The guy that calls can't even speak English and refuses to take me off of his call list even though I'm on a DO NOT CALL list.

They continue to call me and I don't take the call. I called the number back and it is "disconnected" yet they just called me.  Good old do not call list.

They called an hung up twice...
