Thanks for the info on the 9995 I just call and got them on the phone and I do speak spanish they have more than one line and they do "harassed" people.

If this continues I was advise from the abuse call report 800# that you can file a complaint and get yourself a lawyer to sue them. These type of nonsense need to stop right now we can file a lawsuit the people of USA against that company.

Also file a written complaint and the do not call website in your state.

Noticed they called many many times looking at caller ID.  A couple of days ago I finally had chance to answer.  The caller kept talking in Spanish.  I said "No Spanish" but she didn't seem to understand.  I shouted "NO ESPANOL!!!" then she understood and politely finished the call.

So the company is called Hispanic Global, and what they do is basically harassment, they call from a few different numbers. They are an infomercial company which sells fat loss creams, and it's f****ng ridiculous. I've had my phone for almost a year, and they've called nearly every single day. I put them on the do not call list, tried numerous "block" sites, and tried calling them personally. Nothing works. I haven't gone into T-Mobile and asked if there's a way to block yet, because I hate going into phone stores, and I was also told by a few people there's nothing they can do. Frustrating doesn't even come close to describing the fed up emotions with this scam. I don't understand how they can still be in business, or at the very least how the y can keep legally harassing people. I get calls at 4 in the morning sometimes.

Just got a call from that number. First was about 15 seconds of elevator music followed by some female trying to talk over the music in Spanish

The above number continues to call non stop. DONT KNOW WHAT THEY WANT

I just called the number for pacwest.  I hope it works.  Another variation of the number is 209.554.9988.  thanks for the tip.

I got at least 2 call daily from this number.  I had ask them a 1000 times to delete, erase, remove, my phone number from their list, and never happens.  
Some times when I do my request, they just hang up on me.  
What do I have to do to make them stop calling me.??????????????

they call  several times a day trying to sell stuff to me, they are very rude when you ask the not to call again

This number calls me every day with a recording, so I just did what the other person advised to do, I called 209 554 9995, the first person was really rude and hang up on me, second time, they answered but hang up, third time, the same, fourth time a man answered, I told him that I hired a private investigator and if they call me one more time I will sue them. We'll see ...

Sick of getting calls from this number! WTF! STOP IT NOW!

this telephone is continually calling me, but never lets my phone ring long enough for me to answer and when I try to call back it rings for a long time and than gives me a busy signal. Please could you help me to get them to stop calling me?

I just got this number and they keep calling me!! wtf i cant stand this!!

This number calls me every day like 10 times a day.  I tried calling back and it has a recording.

haha omg they have been calling me for months! but i figured it out. if i called back the 9994 number it went to a machine saying they will call me back.. but i tried calling 209 554 999"5" and i got  to them. i do speak spanish and i told them i knew where they where and that i am also in modesto so the lady said she was sorry and that they wont call me any more. goooood luck!

Got a call from this number to day at work at 8:55 a.m. (5:55 CA time) could barely understand him - sounded as if he were from India.  I pressed for info - said he was from the law offices of Steve Williams & Associates in California and that he couldn't give me any info on the call that I needed to call back and speak to the "attorney in charge" Scott Nicholson at this number.  There are two Steve Williams law offices in CA neither of which are associated with this number, I'm going to call both of them and advise them that they are being used in this scam, them I'm call fraud alert and reporting this.

I have a newborn and the phone is constantly ringing and the calls come from this # and I nees for it to stop because it keeps waking my baby up and I cant turn my phone off because my parents r elderly and need to have my phone for family emergency. Need this calls to stop asap!!!!!

me too, in spanish, don't even know what they're saying.  t-mobile...the number they give you is like the town hooker, its been everywhere....
