THIS IS A SCAM  PHONE # 1-289-892-4755    claims his name is charles black  address at 1 broadway,16th floor cambridge, ma 02142 reporting to FTC
report to FTC if you get this letter   SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ALSO RECIEVED A CHECK TODAY FROM ROY SMITH. CASHIERS CHECK  #8025208 FROM CITADEL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FOR 996.80. SUPPOSELY I WON 9,968 DOLLARS AND I HAVE TO SEND THEM 920.00 TO GET THE MONEY I WON. I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM BECAUSE IF I WON MONEY WHY WOULDNT THEY JUST TAKE IT OUT THE MONEY I WON AND JUST SEND ME THEY REST. THAT S*** DONT EVEN MAKE SENSE. BUT I WONDER IF I CASH IT AT A CHECK CASHING PLACE CAN I JUST GET THE MONEY AND KEEP IT AND DONT SEND THEM S*** BACK. LOL. ILL BE $996 RICHER!

I got  this letter saying i won $9851.80 in some North America Consumer Promotion Draw. went online to see if this is a scam. found this website.  i did not feel comfortable that this is legitimate. i have not called the number i will report this to the police.  If it is done through the mails it is a Federal crime- mail fraud.

DON T CASH  SOME BODY  STOP THIS FRAUD CALL YOUR POLICE STATION

GOT THE SAME BULL CHECK AND LETTER CALLED CREDIT UNION OF TEXAS THE CHECK AND ALL IS A FRAUD DONT CASH THIS CHECK

I also got a letter from Financial Express Clamin Number PMT08-13-98 and it was sent  off on 8-9-2010 that was am entitled to US 9851.80 and i was also sent a check for 985.18 it looks like a real check ..water marks and everything .were going to try and cash it at a ACE checking place and see what hey tell us..

I got the same letter with theasame information...even the the same claim number.  I called the number and told the girl who answered that I would report them....she did not seem concern...she told me to go to the FBI they cannot do anything that they are untouchable.  I hope someone can put a stop to this.

Claim No. JMT 06-24-98  - They claim I am the winner in the North America Consumer Promotion Draw organized for all customers of Wal-Mart, Sears, Home Depot, Safeway etc.
