they called 3 times at 10:30 pm. just a beep when i answered. when i called them back i got a recording saying leave a message but then it said the users mailbox was full.

This number called last night at 5:28 AM, when I picked up I only heard a beep.

Caller ID says the number is from Modesto, California.

This number called at 12:50 am, just a beep when i answered.

i received a call at 3:00a.m. and again at 4:00a.m. and when i answered it was a beep and young girls laughing.

Called 3 times, one after another, at 5:45 am. I only heard a 'beep' when I answered.

I guess last night was our turn to get the random phone call.  They called 3:49 am.  Phone went to voicemail and they did not leave a message.

Awakened by a call in the wee hours of the morning.  Phone went to voicemail but caller left no message.  Very annoying.

Received call after call from 1-209-589-1315 starting at 10:35 pm non-stop for a period of close to an hour.  Caller id said California Call.  Did not answer.  This is ridiculous! How can you stop it?

Got a call from 209 589 1315 at 105am on 12/23/2009 heard a beep and then got hung up on.

We got a call at 2:30 AM, nobody said anything.

I got a call at 4:30am and then again at 4:34am. I thought telemarketers weren't suppose to call before 9am. Yes I agree with the previous post very annoying. After I answered no one said anything then the second call there was a beeb sound too

Got a call from this number at 3Am Central time. Said nothing, just hung up, then did it again. Nothing like waking up my children randomly.

Received two calls at 6:30 a.m. central time.
I.D. read Modesto CA.  How annoying.  It first rang 4 times and then they called back again and it rang twice.  What a scan that congress, telephone service WILL NOT, they can, but they WILL NOT do anything about it.  It is called a $ game.  As long as the telephone service gets paid money, they will let anybody call us at any time of the day or night.

Just received a call from this number at 11:34pm. Noone said anything on the other end. How annoying, but weird. Caller i.d. displayed Modesto, CA & 209-589-1315.

Just kept calling and calling and calling, no breaks in between. I picked up finally but didn't say hello and there was nothing on the other end but silence and then a dial tone. Then immediately called back. Finally I said hello and heard a beep and hung up. No more calls. Annoying and creepy.

Called twice at 11pm on Saturday..no answer on the other end.
