Got the same text today 3-11-12, except it told me first 20,000 customers. Number was (707) 509-9380.
I really hate attempts to phish from me that are this bald and obvious; it's like insulting my intelligence on top of attempting to swindle me. As if Starbucks corp. would ever make a website called "gift from Starbucks" - you'd have to be pretty unfamiliar with starbucks, websites, cell phones, and how marketing in general works to fall for this scam.
At least impress me with your crime if you must commit it! This is about as sophisticated and clever as the Volcano Insurance salesman's pitch from Family Guy.
