Esurance Customer Service...wonder who sold my phone number?????

I called back and i was greeted by name. Which was strange. They had my car info as well. The guy said his name and company but it was so fast I could barely remember which was most likely fake info anyway. He's trying to steal your money pretty much. They suck at social engineering.

They wanted to save me on car insurance they kept calling and left no messages or when i picked up they hung up. I finally got to talk to them they was going to record. I told them to stop calling and put me on there no calling list and if they keep calling im reporti,g them so i am tired of these calls they need to stop.

These people or people called me too. i think its from California but really do not know any one there.

Just got a call today as well as for the past month from (209) 623-4671 saying they could save me money on car and health insurance. I tell them that I have no car and government insurance and they can't beat those rates but they still call back. Nothing you tell them will stop them.  

They just called me and tried to give me a quote for auto insurance.  When I told them no thank you they kept talking, so I again said no thank you and hung up on them.

second call that caller id said VOIP caller...after answering machine finished . a robotic voice said goodbye.....WTH(eck) is this crap?

In the last few weeks, I've started to receive half a dozen calls daily from this number. I don't answer, they don't leave a message. They are persistent callers. From now on, when their number comes up on caller ID I answer and immediately hangup. Hopefully disconnecting the calls interferes with their "robo" calling.

I only get these calls once, then I save the phone # as Scammer 1, etc.  I then direct all these calls directly to my voice mail.  Funny, I keep getting the calls, but never a message.  At least I don't hear them!  This way they think I am not available, if you block them they will know it and change the  number they are calling from.  Good Luck

I called back today, now they claim to be from "insurance quote labs", a Google search on that business came up empty.

Last week they were from "auto care"

They have tried to guilt me for not cooperating with them, which is funny, I've never guilted anyone, or become aggressive when they decided not to order a pizza!

I have been receiving a lot of harassing phone calls lately from different numbers, I have picked it up, not given them any personal info, but have heard these people voices enough to recognize them.

Today they slipped up

Didn't mask the call, so I called back, demanding the name of the business they were representing, after which they hang up.

I've gotten the car insurance run around, but  no names of any agents and they get aggressive when I ask the name of the business. One time I got "auto care" out of them, so I hung up and called the real "Auto Care", I spoke with manager there, he assured me that I was far from the only person being contacted by this dubious operation.

These people are making our lives hell and ruining the name of an honest business. Crossing my fingers that I've heard the lay of them

Mr. Number is great and free.... and lets you choose between pickup and hang up or send straight to voice mail

Tried calling back...got an answer each time and each time it was someone who could hardly speak English.  Not a one of them even came close to pronouncing my name correctly.  Need this stopped.

I received a call from 209-623-4671.  I could not answer the phone and called did not leave a message. I have registered with
the do not call list.  Information from the internet suggests that  it was a auto insurance sales call.  I would not buy anything strictly on the basis of a conversation with someone I do not know anything about or have not met in person.  Is there any way to stop such annoying calls, when I am registed with donotcall.gov?

They are a company selling diabetes supplies and they call my cell phone about 15 times each week!  I keep telling them to stop calling, to remove me from their lists, but they won't! How do I get them to stop?

Tired of getting these calls as well, especially at 4:00 AM!!

The Do Not Call List law is a list of people who do not want telemarketing calls and a law requiring telemarketers to not call any number on that list.  For a scammer its just one more law to break.  

Many of the scammers are located in Nigeria, Kenya, India, or some other 3rd World country where scamming dumb Americans is not against the law and where local police do not cooperate with US law enforcement.  Our laws cannot be enforced in those countries.

My number is on the do not call list. How do these people get around this law?

have gotten 5 calls in two days  not just this number. I do not answer any number I do not know   only one friend in ca   and I know that number

received a call from this # a few minutes ago- didn't answer, no voicemail left. Decided to look it up and saw all these posts- blocking the number now!

they called me 4 times before noon today and twice just now i finally looked it up and seen this called them back they tried say i was over paying on car insurance that they would save me money with direct pay from my bank account.

What is the blocking app. my account only lets me block 5 numbers at a time and with these stupid calls constantly from all random numbers that list is full

These calls keep coming at least 4 times a day!! I'm so sick of all these unsolicited phone calls! The government's Do Not Call registry is a total FAIL!! They do not stop these calls!!
