So I as asked by my sister about this company and I immediately thought.....scam. What company asks for money to be sent Western Union to recieve money. So I talked to Ashley/Brittney who claims that she was the only manager there. Asked her so when we send the money we are not going to get money back. She stated that that was correct. Then she tried to backtrack and say that it would be sent. I asked for another agent. She hung up. Called right back and talked to Kevin Smith a senior manager or so he stated and let him know what happened with the last call. He immediately got an attitude.  I told him I just wanted to know what the business was about?  He started to explain and I asked him his name again. He got another attitude and went on about what is this why do you want to know who I am and what I do. I simply replied I just want to know who it is that I am speaking with and if that's a problem then I do apologize.  He then went on to tell me that I didn't need to know who he was and that if I were to call back he would shoot me.  Great customer service right!

Totally a scam! Spoke with a lady name Angel Jones said i needed a $200 deposit verified in my account. When i called back her supervisor Ernest Samuels said I needed to Western Union that money. Big red flag to me so I googled their phone number and found all of these complaints. They told me I was pre-approved for a $3000 loan and I really needed the money so glad I listen to my inner voice and looked them up online. Don't let them scam you! How are they still able to do this with all the complaints list it?

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

ABC News released an investigative report on this scam in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:

Loan Scams
Is that loan offer for real?  Maybe not!  Find out below!

Have you received an email or postal letter offering you a debt consolidation loan, student loan, mortgage, small business loans or a great credit card rate?  It is probably a scam.  The offer and their websites may look real, except they will quickly ask you for personal financial information, social security number, bank account numbers, in addition to your name, address, phone numbers, etc.

If you are looking for information about college scholarship, grant and loan scams, see this page.

How do loan scams work?

The scammer sends you an email or letter, or you respond to an advertisement on tv, radio, newspaper, magazine or online.  The ad often uses the names of large, reputable and well-recognized lenders. To respond to the advertisement, victims are directed to call a "third-party consultant" who solicits application information including social security numbers. During this telephone call, the "loan" is always approved.

The "third-party consultant" then faxes a loan package to the victim, or directs the victim to a website to enter the information. The package includes a request for bank account information.

Finally, victims must wire a required advance payment or a deposit through Western Union or Money Gram to the consultant. The victim never obtains a loan, and the scammer disappears with the application fees and down payments.

Loan scams are generally a type of advance-fee frauds: with loan sharks are preying on unwary consumers, taking their money for the promise of a loan or credit, and leaving them in hot water. The scam artists often impersonate legitimate lenders to entice consumers into falling for their bogus offer. The scammer will try, generally in this order, to get you to:

   provide your personal information so the scammer can steal your identity: opening new credit cards in your name and running  up a bill, or selling fake id's with your information on them;

send a check or bank details so they can use it to make counterfeit checks that the scammers can use in other scams; and

send money (loan application fees, down payments, etc.)

According to law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and Canada, ads and promotions for advance-fee loans suggest ? or even ?guarantee? ? that "even with a poor credit history" you can get a loan approved. But to take advantage of the offer, the consumer has to pay a fee. The catch? The scam artist takes off with your fee, and the loan never materializes.

Often, advance-fee loan sharks claim that their fees will go to a third party for credit insurance or a related service. Sometimes, they even fax materials using stolen or forged logos and letterheads from legitimate companies. The materials are fakes, according to enforcement officials, and the contracts the scam artists ask consumers to sign are worthless. Adding insult to injury, some scammers have used the information they collect from consumers to commit identity theft.
Tips: What you need to know avoid falling for a loan scam:

NEVER enter your social security number, credit card, bank account details or any other personal information on websites that contact you via email, on the telephone, by fax, or via the Internet unless you are familiar with the company and know why the information is necessary.
The links contained in emails can be faked so it is not obvious that you are being sent to a different website from the real company. For example, this may look like a link to Disney World, http://www.Disney.com, but if you click on it, you will see that it actually takes you to Microsoft's website. Often, the websites are set up to look exactly like the real website, to maintain the scam. Legitimate companies will simply tell you call or go to their website, without providing a link. You can only be sure that you are going to the real website by typing the correct url (website address) into your browser directly, rather than clicking on a link.
Legitimate offers of credit do not require an up-front payment. Don?t pay for the promise of a loan. It?s illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver. Requiring advance fees for loans also is illegal in Canada. Although legitimate lenders may charge application, appraisal, or credit report fees, the fees generally are taken from the amount borrowed. And the fees usually are paid to the lender or broker after the loan is approved. Legitimate lenders may guarantee firm offers of credit to ?credit-worthy? consumers, but first, they evaluate the consumer?s creditworthiness and confirm the information in the application. Canadian law enforcers caution that it is highly unlikely that legitimate Canadian lenders would take a risk on U.S. citizens whose credit problems preclude them from getting a loan in the U.S. Ignore any ad, or hang up on any caller, that guarantees a loan in exchange for a fee in advance.
Western Union or MoneyGram: Often, advance-fee loan scammers direct applicants to send the fees via Western Union money transfers payable to an individual, rather than a business. They ask applicants to use a ?password code? with their Western Union payment, which allows the scammers to hide their identity.
The loans also are promoted through direct mail, radio, and cable TV spots. Many advance-fee loans are advertised in the classified sections of newspapers and magazines. Often, the ads use toll-free 800, 866, or 877 phone numbers, or area codes from Canada, such as 416, 647, 905, or 705. The fact that an ad is in a recognized media outlet, like the local newspaper or on radio or tv, doesn?t mean that the company placing the ad is legitimate or trustworthy.
No guarantees that you will be approved! - Remember that legitimate lenders never guarantee or say that you will receive a loan before you apply, or before they have checked out your credit status or contacted your references, especially if you have bad credit or no credit record.
Never send a payment to an individual for a loan; no legitimate lending organization would make such a request.  It should only be to an organization by company name!
Don?t wire money or send money orders for a loan through Western Union, Money Gram or similar companies. Once it is collected on the other end, it is GONE! You have little recourse if there?s a problem with a wire transaction. Legitimate lenders don?t pressure you to wire funds.
Independently verify the company - If you are not absolutely sure who you are dealing with, get the company?s number in the phone book or from directory assistance, and call it to make sure you?re dealing with the company you think you are. Check with the Better Business Bureau ( www.bbb.org ) to see the company's record. Some scam artists have even pretended to be the Better Business Bureau or another legitimate organization.

It seems no matter how many you contact, nothing is going to be done.
I'm looking for these people and would like any, if not all of the information that anyone has.
Names, First and last if you have it.
Other numbers they may be affiliated with.
Names of the companies they've 'claimed' to work with and had you send money to.
The names they've asked you to place on the Western Union Transactions (Nothing more)
Etc.

Any and all the information you can provide or remember would help a substantial amount.
I have been hit for $250 from these people, but would rather find out who they are and what they're
doing with the money, than to try to ask for anymore help from FTC, The FB, or specialist based towards the fraudulent acts. Anything that is international, isn't under US jurisdiction. So your best bet would be to contact an embassy from the philippines (within the USA) and speak to one of their legal's for answer on
what your next step should be.

Thank you.

I received a phone message from a company I could not understand that name.  It was phone number 1-002-320-0100.  I was told I had been approved for a loan of $3000 and that I would pay $150 per month for 22 months.  I was to call 209-643-0391 and ask for Peter.  I didn't ask for a loan.  I was afraid that it might be identity theft so I called and asked for Peter.  I would not tell them my name.  I said that I had been called by Peter and I did not apply for a loan.  The man asked if I wanted the loan.  I said "no" and he said "forget about it" and hung up on me.

They left me text messages saying I was approved for a 3000 dollar loan, and voice messages for two weeks. I made the mistake of answering and was lured by the promise of 3000 dollars in my account in 15 minutes. He said all I had to do was western union him 200 dollars and would recieve my funds in 15 minutes.I asked him if the loan didnt work would I get my money, back he reassured me 100% I would get a refund .When I got to the western union he immediatly told me to not tell them it was for a loan because they would charge me 300 dollars for taxes, he said he was doing me a favor for a friend. He told me to send the money to Jonie Guevarra, a senior loan officer located at one of their world wide branch locations in the philipines. I sent the money got back on the phone with him and asked when can I expect my loan? He replied now I have to send 400 dollars to Nakatooga Maria in india to finalize the loan and this will be the last step. I was starting to get the sick feeling that I was being scammed so I asked the guy if I was being scammed he assured no sir this is final step to get your money and if it dont work hell send my money right back,so I  fell for it again. I got back pn the phone he says oh sorry sir there has been a problem with releasing the money you need to send 300 dollars to india to another loan officer Bello Kndissa, now I was absolutely horrorified that I was being scammed , I told him I want my money back npw you lied to me and told me it was the last step last time i told him if I dont get my loan or I refund im going to contact the police as well as my lawyer he said no dont worry this is not a scam he says youve gone this far this the fimal step I promise to get your loan of it dont work this time I promise I will send your money right back, I was drenched in sweat by now becaue that all the money I had my whole paycheck for two weeks and hadnt payed any bills yet  ut I am a very honest person and trusting I would never steal someones hard earned money that worked 2 weeks to get so I was praying that these people couldnt be that low and uncaring so I said ok. Sent the money got back on the phone and asked if my moneys neen sent he says yes it should im your bank account In a half hour I went to my bank waited a half hour checked my account no money so I waited another hour no money so I tried to call these scumbags back recording business closed now so I got up early next morning checked my bank no money so iwas beyond irate iwas insanely angry I called them back they answer and say I have to send them 400 dollars to get my money I wasnt going to send them another dime besides I didnt have anymore money they stole all the money I had so I said I want a refund now he said ok you need to send 280 dollars for refund I said you people are liars and thieves and im calling the police and my lawyer he laughed and said do it . I asked if I would ever get my money back he mockingly cruelly said no now I was      homicidally angry by now not just for me but thinking about all the other inocent trusting mothers and grandmas they ripped off and they might have gotten hit worse then I did because if these people wont stop until they get every dime. Im a christian and I value human life and would never wish violence on anyone but if these people were in front of me and I had a gun,,,,so I lost it and started screaming obscenities and threats for a few minutes and all they said was send us more money so we can help you, sadly I realized it would do no good and hung up.

I'm sure glad I googled this phone number!! I was about to send them a $200 western union payment to prove who I am. I talked to a Nicole and a Sam Brown. They were obviously Indian and not very good at english. I got suspicious when I checked and found that they were only charging $200 interest on a $3000 loan with 22 monthly payments. This is obviously a scam and I called them back and told them no thanks!!

They make fun is us in their country when they hook us! I hate that it happens to those who are in dire need of the funds and use this as a hope to help them get their heads above water, or to pay a past due bill. They are from India, my identity was stolen by these same jerks in June of 2011 and I'd never spoken with them. They called me at my work, they called my daughters, my husband, it was horrible. It's like they have a camera hidden on your life. Also, they will threaten you with being arrested and all kids of junk! My local authorities were a joke, they told me not to use the computer. IDIOTS!
