After listening to the message better......the caller was trying to get me to accept collect call.  I immediately called my phone carrier to make sure no collect charges were charged and had them blocked the phone number.  DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER NOR ACCEPT COLLECT CALLS.  REPORT TO AUTHORITIES.

Called after 10pm at night.  Unknow number, went to voicemail.  Some automated scam trying to sell retirement plans.  Do no answer, report.  They should not be calling me Im on the do not call list and they should not be selling after hours.
