Got a call yesterday.

Received call, stating a legal case was filed in my name, they knew my first and last name. They wanted to "help" but first required payment information. Stated their location was Florida.

Received call from number.  Saying they are collecting for a pay day loan we allegedly took out.  The information they had on file for me was very old (over 5 years old).  Requested additional information from them to dispute the charge and possibly file fraud/forgery charges with police department.
