I keep getting calls from this number saying his name is charles mcdaniels.  He claims that I borrowed money from a payday loan company....which I never did....  Help.  This man is extremly hard to understand, he is either indian from india or chinese. I threatened him with the attorney general and it stopped the calls, but they are starting again.....He is scaring me to the point that I wonder if he can get to me........

I just received a call from a Thomas Wright, Morgan and Freeman on my cell phone.  In the last month I have been getting a few a week, from different folks.  He asked for my attorney name.  I asked him what was the nature of the call.  Pretty much cutting his questioning off.  I guess he became overwhelmed because he hung up.  I could barely understand what he was saying.  All you have to do is ask them how do they spell their name, company name.  They will hang up.

I got a call from this company this morning stating that they were an attorneys office. When I asked them for a bar # he hung up.

Same thing all of you are saying, back in novemberish time frame I had received a call from them stating I owed $300 to them and had to pay it now or I would be arrested and jailed, as a mother of 3 that scared the living daylights out of me, so i asked them nicely if I could call back after I got off work, they said NO, DEAL WITH THIS NOW!!! So i went to the police station and filed a complaint and they tried to call them back, the people answered and said their name and their work place, and then the officer said This is the Lincoln Police Department, they hung up. SCAMMERS... Today my husband got a call, and we immediately called the cops. I'm going to get information on them and Call the Gustine, CA police department, and file a complaint. ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE IS A 6,000 DOLLAR LOAN OUT OF STATE THAT IS ON MY HUSBANDS CREDIT. BE careful everyone.

I have been getting this calls that I don't answer but it sounds like the same person but always given a different name, first it was Richard Black and then it was Jack Miller and then the last time be called stating his name was Charles McDaniel ( the last time he called) he keeps saying the same thing that its a legal matter and that I need to contact him as soon as possible about the matter and that he needs to hear from attorney. He stating that his he is either from the fraud dept but never says for what company or that he is calling for an law enforcement. He has called from this # 209-780-4537, 904-410-1195, 323-300-8367. He was able to get to tell me my last 4 digits of my ssn. Its scary I have not called him but made some research and seen that I am not the only one getting this calls.

I got the same call from these idiots. I told them the same thing you all have and they said they was taking me to court. I had the sense to know that I had not gotten a payday loan! Just to cover myself I did check my bank statements and then I called a friend who is a lawyer and he told me they were scammers and they would have to send out paperwork to me. He said not to worry!

FI've gotten numerous calls from here and another number from north Carolina. They are a joke. Don't be fooled by their scams

I got a call from a woman with a very thick accent stating that I was being sued for 3 loans and I need to talk to their attorney. I kept asking her what she was talking about and she kept saying I need to talk to their attorney. When I continued to question her she hung up. I have no idea where this person got my mobile number from and I really wish they can be stopped for harrassing people.

They called me twice today and kept pushing for my credit card number. Saying they could keep everything out of court. I kept telling him that I would have to call him bank after I was done baby sitting. But nnot even 2 minutes later he was calling my husbands cell phone. He says I have a lawsuit against me for tax fraud, violation of banking procedures, and theftt by deception. He called himself officer max. And had a heavy indian accent. Total scam.

I have received the same call from the same guy with the same exact message, when I asked him for the number he said why do you need to talk to them you can talk to me I have your account and I said if they are saying I owe them anything I need to speak with them and not you and he said just have your 5000 and hung up.  I called back and the idiot was like yes is this such and such and trying to verify my ssn, when I told him this was a scam and that I never took out a loan with them and I would YES LIKE TO SEE THEM TAKE ME TO COURT and to bring the proof he hung up again.

They called and said that I was being sued for a loan I never received. When I called back they hung up on me. He said that he could only help if I talked to him right now and there was no point in calling another time.

These people called from 209-780-4537 and they stated i had a legal matter payday loan. Please people dont trust this people this is all a scam and dont worry you are not being sue and you dont have any legal matters to take care of, no payday loan will send you to jail or anything dont worry... all this people dont speak english.. it is very scary this people have all your info hey have mine but i am not sure where they are getitng this info from but guys this guys are scam please dont pay them anything..

I got a phone call today too - sounds totally shady especially since all of these other people are having the same problem.  209-780-4537 is the number.  They are claiming I owe them money for a loan I never received.  Hate these scam companies.

for the 2 days received call from 209-780-4537 from gustine, ca....then they will call right back from 559-869-4053 kingsburg, ca and now they are calling from 856-425-7845 nj...middle eastern man with a very heavy accent...all he says is he needs my attorney information....he called me at 2x today...first time he called i told him that i would call him back when i got off at 5pm...well he calls me back on my cell phone at 1pm then calls me at work...i advised him that i told him i was going to call him after 5pm...he stated oh no oh no...i then asked him to send me documentation of why he was calling since for some reason he can't tell me over the phone...he said no that he can't send me any documentation....i said well you need to send me documentation of why he is calling...i said you can't call someone and just say i need your attorney info...i said until you can send me documentation as to why you are calling me, quit calling....this is happening to me and another girl at my job...have no clue as to why they are calling

KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS GUY I CANT UNDERSTAND.THEY SAID I WAS BEING SUED FOR MONEY.WHEN I ASKED HIM TO SEND ME A STATEMENT HE GOT REALLY MAD AND SAID THAT THEY WAS COMING WITH A WARRANT TO MY JOB...HOW DO YOU STOP THESE PEOPLE..

They tried the same scam on me.  I must have called them many times at different numbers and harassed them. I see it as, if I'm taking one line down they can not scam other person.  They do everything to scary you to pay. DONT BE FOOLED

FYI - No us agency can ever stop this from happen, especially if they are not calling within the US. the US government has NO JURISDICTION out of the US. We must play fire with fire.  Don't be scared people rise up and defend your selfs.  If you have some spare time do what i'm doing, and call the sh)t out of them.

They are not from india they are from an arab country.  They have spoofed there line therefore there is a good chance they are not calling with in the US.  I think the use an IP telephone service like skype. they seem to disconnect all there lines at 8:30pm eastern time.  I think if we all rise and call then as much as we can we can disrupt there scam.

I filled a report with the police department he was threating me telling be how I will sit in jail if I don't pay now...worse part was they were naming off my social drivers license name account numbers...hopefully they will catch this guy!!

I just received a phone call from the number and missed it. When I called them back they stated that it was for a payday loan. I have never received a payday loan of any kind. He then asked me if I had an attorney to represent me in the courts. I said yes (LOL I do not have on on speed dial) and I asked him for his information so my attorney may contact him and he hung up on me. So I called back and he said to have my attorney call him back on the same number but could not tell me the actual number. Thank you to everyone that posted on here. Because of you I knew it was a scam right away.

received many phone calls from 209-780-4537 they said i had a pay day back from dec.2010 that i owed from dec.2010.and the loan was from easy loan and it was $489.00 but now I owe $5489.00.they said i was being sued and would need to go to court if i didnt pay. i keep teeling them i never had a loan. i kept asking what bank account it went to and the account # they hung up on me.these people are scam artists, and need to be stopped.

I too just got a voicemail from Charles McDaniels while I was at work. Told me to contact my attorney and he "wishes me the best as this is my fault and it's all coming down on me"...Whatever that is suppose to mean. Super scary!!!!!

I got the call for 209-780-4537 and I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it.  It was very threatening and advised me to call as soon as I got this message or have my attorney call. He said the issue was time sensitive and if I choose to disregard the call all he could do was wish me good luck.  He said his name was Arthur Phillip.  I don't owe any kind of loan.   I really would like some advice on what to do.

I got a call from this number as well from a gentleman with a very thick middle eastern or Indian accent.  He said exact statement to me.  I did not call him back.  He did not say what it is in reference to but that if I didn't call back the only thing he could wish me was good luck.   It was rather threatening.  I don't not have a loan of any kind and I have never gotten a call like this.  I have no clue what to do.   Some advice would be appreciated.

The same people will call you from 518-503-1906 stating they are from the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation. I googled this and it is an Irish organization. He said he was in Philladelphia.  He said they would come to my work and arrest me.  He introduced himself as an officer.  I just received a call from the 209 number at work.  "Charles McDaniel" called and I'm to call the attorney "Jack Marshall" back.  

I will call my local Sheriff's department and report this.  What scares me is that he told me my social security number - the entire number!
