another scam these people call from different #.s and constantly keep calling.

I have been fighting these scammers for months!!! They call my phone from one number for a while and then switch to another number saying that the will see me in Fed. Prison for fraud because I took out a loan I never paid back...some kind of payday loan...it's very difficult to understand what they are saying. They said for me or my attorney at law call them back....This is beyond old and annoying!!!

These people called saying there was a criminal issue regarding the last four of my SSN.  They hang up and never talk

I got a call from this number, they were claiming to be the Federal Legislation claiming that I am being sued and the case is in two days in California, I never even lived in CA, then they gave me a number of the attorney 209 780-5213 Leo Fernandez which is the same number by the way, I called and he asked who I was I asked who are they, they said WHAT DO YOU WANT! then they said there going to press charges against me for harrassing them, however they called me. This is a company trying to scam people with threats, if you see this number don't even answer it these people are horrible and crazy, but if they have your number they probably have your social security number like they have mine so make sure you let the credit bureau know to put a block and protect your credeit.

I am being harassed by these people saying that i have a law suit against me for three criminal charges from the federal government. I was told that I needed to call this number to speak to a lawyer named Sam Peterson. Please call and have your credit blocked.

I received a call from the same number they are now going by the name Danny Wilson. He left a message on my answering machine stating he was from the court house and the state attorney. My friend and I called back, a man answered and we could not understand him. We asked what is this and he said state attroney office. I had research the state attroney number which did not match. I called them and asked for Danny Wison they said there is noone by the name of this here. I told them my story.

I called them back and asked them to identify themselves and they said "f*** off" and began to cuss me out and threaten my life. They quoted my address and social security number and said they were "coming to kill" me. I want a case against them in court and I want to see them face to face.

This is another number the Indians are calling from, the 916-395-0000 is the first number. They called me at work and on my cell phone also. These people are crazy! Please help to stop them from doing this, they should go back to their own country and be thrown in jail.
