This is seems to be some kind of automated collections.  They are seemingly randomly calling all numbers across the country that have a similar name to the person they are trying to reach.  There is no way to get a human and find out who they are, and I will be reporting them to the FCC.

Just got a call from this number.   No idea who it is.   They hung up as soon as my answering machine picked up.   All it said on my caller ID was Stockton, CA.
