I have recieved calls from this number on several occassions. I do not answer it because I don't answer numbers I don't know. If it's for me they will leave a message! I did however, try to call it back and it states this number cannot recieve incoming calls! What kind of crap is that? If I answer will it use me as a connection to be linked to another number yet billing me for the call?
