My Co-worker also told me that this is a scam that a group of guys upstate are doing to get money they are buying our information however if you used a payday loan or even attempted to use one befor but canceled it or anything that we once was going to consider doing but reconsidered it but we already filled out our information already but it was to  late and ETC.......ANYWAY its a group of guys conjered up that scam targeting Old people exspecially so I dont know if this is the same group but Please pass this on to your friends so they can avoid being scamed ,I called my bank already to let them know about this suspicious phone call and if the try to collect a dept or anything on my account to notify me and freeze my account I will be sure to check my account for the next couple of days AND YOU GUYS SHOULD DO THE SAME ....LETS STOP THESE A***OLES TOGETHER

Okay, I recieved a call at my JOB from a Joesph Daniel's (who has one of the most heaviest acsents ever) telling me to call him ASAP regarding some charges being brought up against me. He called my cell and left a message  as well as a bogus number to contact him back, the number he left is (626)239-3147  this number goes straight to a voice mail which states Mail BOX is  FULL..... Okay  Moving Foward his second attempt to contact me which was 15 mins later at my job again Iwas able to catch him to make him expain this phone call ... see these A** HOLES dont know i work for a lawyers office and guess what his phone call was being recored the whole time , But in order for this to hold up in court one of the attorney's told me to let him know he's being recorded he will either do one of two thing 1# he will hang up and never call me again or #2 pretend he dont care and that is a minupulation to make me think taht it's an offical phone call, so I advised joesph Daniels hes being recored and guess what the arragant son of a bi*** proceed with his lie anyway ,my lawyer said good we got him where we want him ,so I began to ask what this phone call intails, he said he didnt know he' s just a paralegal he say i have to speak to his sr. lawyer Daniels Marshall so I said thats please transferr me so his first attempt to get Daniel Marshall quote un quote guess .. of course he's can't take my call right now he's on another call lol joke so I told the a** hole that I will wait he said ok as googled them while Im talking to hime I began to say what people has been saying about the and how I know this is a scam and how they should be ashamed of them selves for trying to take money from innocent hard working people disrupting they lives with this non-sence i asked joesph if he has a family Iasked him ho would you feel if someone stole money out of your account with a elaborate lie ,can you believe the stupid son of a bi*** sat on the phone listening I said Look I know what your doing and it has to be a better way to get money oppose to steeling out of other people account you guys are going to hell for this,anyway I said it's been 10 mins now please see if your " Daniels Marshal" is off the phone cause I definetly want to know what the head son of a bi*** has to say with his lying a** and of course he mute his phone and the guy was unavailable ,anyway I advised him again our phone call is recorded and to not to call my place of business again ,or else i will consider this harrassment and stake them to court ... and in the process i told my I.T guy to play back his calls while he was on the phone so I told him to hold on as he was holding he was listening to his self  LIE so I got back on the line and said listen Im not kidding fraud is atleast  10 yeasr max and on you R.O.R IS atleast 4 years no exception  wise up and get a 9 to 5 ... he said yes mamm I wont call your company again Im sorry, Ilaughed JERK... ...

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS 818-254-8790- Called and said they were from the attorney and had unpaid loans from me. That I was to show up in court in Califorina on Monday.If not they would have a warranty out for my arrest. I quickly crossed checked the number thanks to everyone on the site and found out it was a scam. I confronted JOHN (from India) and asked where he was calling from. He hung up on me. I called back again, and said..... If you are telling I have a warrant for my arrest I demand you tell me where you are calling from and company. He told me if I called back he would file harassment changes..!! pfffff..... Whatever...  I told him I did not take any loans out and to not call me again, and that I was calling the better business. I WAS PISSED!!!!

He had my Soc number, my bank , my address!! Company must have sold my information online. I did take out a payday loan back in winter but was paid in full and had proof from the comany. They must have sold my information!! I told my bank today and had them freeze my account from transactions incase they try to wire transfer any money out!! Lessons Learned... Do not take any loans out online...I repeat......Do not ever give your information out online, no matter if it it says Versign approved.

I just rec the same phone call today at work wth the same person stating he was kevin peterson.  he also told me i had three charges as well and than called back and somneone else answered my phone and he told her that the sheriff was on the way to my place of employment.  I do not know how stop this they called almost every 10 min

I think everyone should post this number on their Facebook and let everyone know what this is.  I dont know how they sleep at night.  But someone is falling for this or they wouldnt be doing it.  So lets all post it and get the word out.

I 've been having phone calls from David Enderson, he treatened, gives me wrong social security #, and said that i took a payday loan if i don't pay it only God knows what will happen to me. I called him yesterday i told listen for good, i told  him that they think that people are stupid if they need money what don't they go rub a bank, and i told him if they don't stop on calling me, i will go to haiti for them and make them stop for good and he called me stupid and hang up. I called him back and he didn't pick up.

I am receiving several calls per week from these people. Every time it is a different number. The information they have, such as my social and bank account # had to have came from applying for a short term loan over the internet that was stopped before anything happened. I did not finish trying to get a loan, nor do I have any plans to. My warning to the public, DO NOT APPLY FOR ANYTHING OVER THE INTERNET.  It is quite obvious that the information that we supply is being sold to these idiots that are trying to scam everyone. We need to band together and go after the people that take our information supposedly confidentially and sell it to these people. It is definetly the loans on line. Anybody got any ideas?

I get this call this morning. They leave a message and state the same crap as everyone else has said. I called them back got a bunch of bull. They put the phone down when I questioned them he put the phone down. I call I bet 100 times from my phone then about the same on my husbands. they answerd my husbands number and told me they were going to black out my ss # for 6 months.  I called cash advanced they wanted the number so they can press charges. cash advances number is  8042860651 this is their fraud unit.   good luck to eric brown lol. these people are low lives.

These people have been calling me back to back.  When I ask them for a referenc number or the name of the company that I suppose to owe, they tell me that they do not have to give that information. Then they tell me that a sheriff will be at my house in the next 30 minutes.  They hang up, when I call back they keep hanging up.  I need to file police charges as well and find an attorney because this needs to stop.

Yeah Steve or Cleve Jones _ I really couldnt understand what he was saying... Called me today. This is a GIANT SCAM!!!!! Do not be fooled. they cannot take ANYTHING from your bank account without your permission or that would be fraud. All they can do is harass you.  They have what is called a VoIP #... (You can get one too especially if you have an Iphone) that they call from. It is untraceable because it is not tied to anything. I am w AT&T and I have "Smart Limits" on my plan so I add them to the "Ignore List"  Simple. I also have an app on my phone that uses VoIP and I text the # that has called me and completely mess w them. It's fun bc you can turn it off whenever you want to. Childish I know but... Its so fun. and Lets be honest they are trying to make your life a licving HELL. Oh if your interested the Iphone app is Line2 Its free for the first month. get it for your phone and GIVE EM HELL!!!!

Been dealing with these people, too. Simply put, these people are breaking the law, Federal and State Laws. I called a lawyer who sues debt collectors who break the laws, and so far it has helped big time. While there is no law stating a creditor can't attempt to collect on a debt, the debt collector has strict laws to abide by. Don't let these absconders scare you. The way they conduct themselves is against the law.

Yep yep!!  I just got the same call saying that I needed to return their call, or contact my lawyer.  So needless to say I wanted to hear what these f^%kers had to say.  First off, I couldnt understand Mary Smith!  When I asked for the company's zip code she kept given me their area code.  Dumb fu&^ers!  So I proceeded to do what any true red-blooded country boy would do and tell them where to go and how to get there.  Yeah, it was probably a little immature, but I needed to vent!!!  LoL I had fun with it!  Oh well.  The End

I received a phone call from these people claiming that I owed them money for some fake deposit the made into my account. I told the man that I knew he was a fraud and he hung up. I proceeded to call him all during the day to let him know that I knew he was a fraud and he needs to stop. I haven't received any more phone calls from them. They claim to be a law office. If you google the phone number, it shows the location of the phone number is in Crow's Landing, CA. Obviously when you all them back, it sounds like a call center filled with terrorists speaking Indian in the background. Total Scam company!!!!!

i just got of the phone with them they told me that i had to pay them back on a prepaid visa card i told them that i need there address and they would not give it to me  i told them i need proof that i payed them and they said if i dont pay them they will take leagle action that funny there not getting s*** from me good luck every body

The attached number called claiming that I took out a cash advance on my credit card which never occured.They threatened to take me to court and issue a warrant for my arrest if I did not pay back the outstanding balance. I like to report these scammers to the relevant authorities for prosecution. They left me tramatized.......

Same person just called me at 9:16 on Saturday. Called the number back and it said to leave a message. The caller, Steve Jones, left a message which I have recorded on my computer. In the end he said the only thing he could do if he didn't hear from me or my attorney is wish me good luck in the situation. I have no idea what he is talking about, but I am not going to deal with him.

Wow.  Thanks for putting this information out here.  I just received a call from a Michelle Lewis, but she left a voicemail and I to could ont understand a damn thing she was saying.  I had to listen to the message 3 times.  So glad I did not call back.  They will be ignored going forward.  This just awful and it is nothing you can do about it.

They call constantly and if you ask who it is they hang up. I filed a police report so we'll see what happens.

Same exact thing just happened to my coworker,  they called her at work used the name David Anderson said she was being brought up on federal bank charges & that the sheriff was going to be at her house to arrest her &  that she owed 15 thousand dollars. First of all theys people are retarded telling people they need a lawyer when the first thing a lawyer is going to tell you is that its a scam but that's besides the point. Thank you all for your post because my friend was really freaked out & the first thing I did was Google the number.  I plan to save the # to harass theys A holes told my friend to call the cops but I guess there's not much we can do if its in another county. I agree with the idea above if you see this someone try & play along so we can get an address or some info to mess with theys A holes!

I just got a call for someone named Lucille Fairbanks (not my name). Was told by Mary Smith, who has an incredibly thick Indian accent, that if I didn't call back immediately there is nothing they can do for and may god bless.

I got a call originally from 209-856-6412 from some "attorney" named Bob Fernandez, funny he sounded Indian to me not Spanish... and the message they left in a threatening tone was that "if you do not comply and call right now we can not help you and we may only wish you good luck."

I called that number back and they  fed me some BS about being in huge trouble with the law and how they were going to arrest me. So then they called from 818-254-8790 and left the same message and when I asked for a fax number to send my police report to they called me a B*TCH and hung up on me. Then I got another call from them from 661-213-9478 and they started calling my old job.

So now, I call every 5 minutes spot on and if they answer I hang up on them. If they don't answer I call back right after they hang up. I sent a text that said "ok you want to dance, I've got all the time in the world bc I don't have a job" and I keep calling and hanging up.

It's a call center or something in India with a few numbers bc if you call and ask for the "attorney" that left a message you hear them speaking a different language and fussing around.

These people are crazy. I received a call from this Michelle Lewis and when I called back I talked to a jerk named "Michael" who said I was going to be arrested and that I owed over $15,000.00 etc. When I tried to speak he yelled at me, told me to shut and called me "Bi***". I called back and told him that I reported the number to the authorities and they haven't called back yet.

I received 2 calls from Joseph Daniels at my job; stating to call him back or have my attorney of record contact him b/c it is extremely urgent. I called back today while at work and spoke to Kevin Peterson (which I'm almost certain is not his real name) he proceeds to tell me that he is with the Law Office of James Parker and that they have 3 charges filed against me for violation of federal bank, collateral check fraud, and theft by deception in reference to funds that were deposited in my account that they did not receive repayment on so it came to them as a worthless electronic transaction.  I advised him that I have not received any money from anyone and that no attempts to withdraw funds were noted on my account and he proceeds to tell me that the local Sheriff's office would be coming to my place of employment.  This is nuts!

I just got a message frm the same lady stating the same exact thing.  I also expereinced a similar situation a few years ago at a different job.  Scary thing is they had al my informaiton.. SS#, Bank acct # , etc.. but whenI confronted them that this was a scam I did not hear back from them.  I found out later that all my data on my home mortgage loan with COuntry Wide Bank was sold by a higher up manager to a third party.  Nice!  So now my info is out there.
