i wonder if this is a scam? i do owe back taxes but couldnt afford to pay anything while sick and unemployed. they threatened leans, etc. i gave them a check for 3 drafts dividing up what i owe. now im reading that some of these jerks are scammers. the company is DCS, Inc. and the phone # is in CA.
