Just got a call from "Amy". I missed the call but dialed back and she was very nice.

She was looking for someone named Mohammed (no one in my home) but we bought this house last fall. The family before us foreclosed...and I think that was Mohammed--probably wasn't the best bookkeeper evidently. And didn't leave a forwarding address for "Amy" too.

Around the election time it was the same thing...people looking for him to sign petitions and what not...

This lady, forgot her name, called my number, talks to me like were old pals calling me by my first name and saying she knew my brother, they had worked together and she needed to get up with him would I mind giving her his number? I told her she must think I was an idiot to give her his number just cause she claims they are friends. I told her I don't know you and if you were such a good friend of my brother, you'd have his number. Then I cussed her out southern style! She hung up---????

Just got a phone call from this number, the lady asked some information of somebody we don't know with our same last name. My son said he doesn't know this guy and she hang up.

You should find out who those people are - what she is doing is illegal by involving you in their debt.  I'd cut a deal with these neighbors - have them sue her (they would win) and cut you in.

got a call from AMY collecting for the commonwealth of VA - she claimed it was an old bill - funny the state took that amount from my refund, so they are lying scamming idiots.  Don't negotiate anything with them.  Just send them a budhibbs - Do not contact letter - get it here:  http://budhibbs.com

this lady called and wanted to reach a neighbor supposedly close to where we are. when i said i had no clue who he/she was, the lady hung up. been getting so many of these calls its annoying.
