I get a call from this number at least 5 times per day, when answered it goes directly to the automated system asking me to hold, I didn't call you! This is ridiculous!

The company is West Asset Management, Inc.  All you need to do is write them a letter requesting them to CEASE ALL CONTACT.

I keep getting calls from this number sometimes 4 or 5 times a day.  Sometimes they leave a message on my answering machine stating they are a debt collection agency.

Yes, same thing- they call me 3-5 times per day. I don't answer because the number is not in my phonebook on my cell phone (yes, they call me CELL phone!) but there is never a voice message. Can somebody please tell us how to get these idiots to stop calling?? This disrupts my work and my life!!

This # keeps calling and hanging up.  They have been asked to take us off of there list to call.  We are a business and dont have a capital one card.

they call our house as early as 6:00am and as late as 11:00pm. they've even called three times on sunday morning before 8:00am..don't have anything with capital one...hey..what's in your wallet??  NOT YOU!!!

These people keep calling and saying hello? hello? then hanging up. The first time they asked for a person we do not know. We are on the do not call list.  From reading other threads, they are collection agency. West pac is the phone carrier.

This number calls my phone and leaves no message. How do I block them?

The recording must start when my announcement on the answering machine starts because all I ever here is "and someone will be right with you" after a few seconds of silence my machine hangs up.  Don't know who they are don't care.  Don't owe anyone any money so it has to be a solicitation of some kind from a credit card I carry to use for emergencies.

Called every day several times a day saying "this is important, please remain on line".  They need to be stopped.

Called this morning with an automated "this is not a solicitation, but an important phone call. Please remain on the line". They were looking for someone that doesn't live here. I get calls from this number 3 to 5 times per week at all hours. They won't stop.

Started calling on 03-08-07 and won't stop.  I don't have an account with Capital One.

Same here, calls most every night sometimes two or three. Asking I believe at randome looking for someone else.

Keep calling and asking to speak with my husband. They claim he has a debt with Capital One. We never had an account with Capital One in the first place. My husband doesn't want to talk to them.
