I've been receiving these calls to my desk phone as work.  This is not the only phone number these people have used.  They have been calling my phone since October, roughly 2 or 3 times a month. I have caller ID and the first call came from a Florida number, then Seattle and then several more. They are asking for a specific person that has never worked here.  I've been told to transfer it to my supervisors and they've spoken to them as well, but they continue to call and are sometimes abusive in their talk. Most of the time it's a male with a Pakistani accent, once it was a woman.

Today I recieved a call from Detective Daniel Webester stating that he put a warrant out from my arrest. When i asked for what he hung up.

This idiot is trying to scam people to get their information and then try to get accounts in their names.  Do not give this scammer any information!  Protect yourself.  Call the phone company and report it and block the number.  Don't waste your time engaging with this lying and cheating person.  Let the phone company handle it.  The phone number is from California.

These people have been calling from different numbers, not just this one, and this has been for about 5 months. They keep asking for the same person and have been told by my superiors that there is no such person here...I'm thinking she must have fallen for the scam once, and they want to try again.  No matter what anyone says to them, they call back.  This makes me think they are calling through a premium number, into the US.  So when you call them back, you may be paying heavily for that call.

My office received a call for me from a man with a very think Pakistanian accent, claiming to be a Detective Benjamin Smith requesting that I call him back in the next 2 hours or hwe was going to have the local PD come arrest me. This is what he told the receptionist. Pretty sure that it is against the law to release any kind of information about this suppossed case to anyone other than the owner of the supposed account. When I returned the call this jerk had a totally different name and claimed not to know who Det. Benjamin Smith was and then hung up. Then not even 5 minutes later he called my cell phone (same number on caller id) claiming to be this Det Benjamin Smith, when I asked him why he was lying about who he was he told me that the cops were on there way and that I would regret calling him a liar, and then hung up.

This company is not legit do not pay them and do not answer there calls. They will give up eventually but it will take them awhile. They are not legit and the police cannot do anything about it because where they are actually calling from is out of the country!

MTF called me claiming that I took out a loan and that they were going to call my companies HR & garnish my wage and that he felt sorry for me because I didn't call him back in a 2 hour time frame. Are you f****** kidding me! Somebody do something about these MFs.

A man keeps calling me in regards to saying I owe a company $980.00 and need to pay this money ASAP before today because afterwhich he will be taking action for the Inspector General Office to file charges of getting this money.  He called from the phone number 209-898-7942 and has been calling 4 to 6 times a day at my job which is very rude and very unprofessional.  He did not say what company he is from but he is representing a cash loan office to get the money.

This caller claims to be an "officer" of the BCI (?) (It was inaudible because of the strong accent). I did hear "criminal investigations" which alarmed me. I forwarded a copy of the message which I found very disturbing as he ended it with a threatening "if-you-don't-return-the-call-then-I-feel-sorry-for-you" tone. My concern is also that he left a totally different number to call back.

So I got a phone call from this phone number this morning. They left me a messege stating that I had a payday loan out that hadn't been paid. He had a very heavy accent so it was hard to unserstand everything he said. I thought he said he was with the FBI and needed my attorney to contact them. This alarmed me so I called. Very hard to understand everything they were saying. They said I owed back a payday loan that I took out on Jan 18 2011. Well I knew I hadnt and They said now I owe them 680.00. So I asked them about this company that I owe money. I asked for their phone number and so I called it and no such phone number exsits!!! These people need to be stopped!!!

This guy threated me because I hung up and he left a message on my phone stating "I will ruin your life"

Some slime called with a "docket number" and said that they were coming to take me to jail, that they were BCI and tomorrow I would be arraigned for not paying a bill.  They are certainly STUPID enough when I called the number back to answer with something other than BCI.  When I said that I did not understand and who was on the other end of the line, they then switched to BCI and wanted my name.  They also clamed to be the FBI liaison.  I hung up.  Definitely thick Pakistani or north african accent.  This number is located in California.  Hang up on these people and do what I did.  Call the local state troopers and report these slimeballs!!!

I received a call from a officer Jose Garcia. He stated that I took out a payday loan on January 11, 2011. I know that I did not take out a loan on this day. He then told me that someone else would come on the line and tell me about the case. When I told them it was all a fraud he started to yell at me and telling me that a officer would be at my work place in two hours. Then he just hang up the phone on me.
