a person called me, asked for someone else.  when i said that person doesn't own this phone, he wanted to know my name, what debt i have.  said no that i wasn't comfortable giving personal information over the phone and i hung up.

I got a call from this number and when you call it back it is a disconnected number. They claim to be American Debt services and say they can reduce your debt by negotiating with your mortgage company for a loan modification program. I had feeling it was a scam and played along to get as much info as possible from them to contact my local news station to report the "Scam of the Week" which is a segmant my local news does to inform  public of scams!! They want 3500.00 to reduce your mortgage by 25% in order to do that they want copy of pay stubs and bank statements DONT DO IT!! THEY NOW HAVE YOUR BANKING INFO AS WELL AS SOCIAL FROM YOUR PAY STUBS.

Least now I know where it was from. I got this same call. I don't have a mortgage, so even if I were interested, they couldn't help me.

I just checked the BBB website; according to them there is only one American Debt Services in the US and it's a collection agency in Massachusetts. So this is most definitely a scam.

The called me twice today but i dont answer numbers i dont know

I have received several calls from this number today. Have not answered any of them.

caller is the same person that said I had a legal issue when he called in January from a408 number. Said he knows nothing about that but can fix my morgage .

I decided to answer this call after the 2nd call since I'm working on finding a job and thought it might be related.  He (David) wanted to fix my large Credit Card debt - I don't really have a large debt.  Somehow he knew my first name too.  I don't really talk to people that have that strong of an accent anyhow.

called my cell phone but didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. thanks to the ones who answered so I know never to answer.

Just got the call and I said "hello" and there was just silence on the other end. I said hello several times and nothing... then whoever or whatever hung up on me after 7 seconds...

I immediately googled their phone # and found this website

I read what someone else previously wrote about them trying to call back and they # was disconnected, so I called the # back and the recording said the phone # was in fact disconnect.... weird. sounds like a major scam may be going on...

they call me everynight at the same time, Contact your attorney generals office.  Also you can have your phone company put a trap on your phone then hit *57 when they call and they can trace it. They call asking for a person who doesnt even exsist. Its also fun to mess with them, since you cant get them to quit calling, I tell them i live in Tent and that i dont have a morgage.

these people have to be in some sort of violation. they call here everynight from debt solutions i have the dates and times off all calls , I *69 the number get the number that just called. 209-957-4528 and 866-573-3473 and 760-367-7107. you cant call them back and the number is disconnected this has to be an AUTO dialer.  They call here for ROBERT VALENTINE who doesnt exist and never has we have always had this number. Evry night same time the phone rings, I got into a huge argument with this guy and i finally ok give me your pitch what are you selling. He responsed "Im selling groceries" So told him that im reporting him and that DEBT Solutions is calling my house selling groceries. and he hung up.  You have to have caught onto the company somehow, It shows up when i call back on my cell as a California # ?? What do i need to do call the phone company , attorney generals office?? Ive told them i was going to do this .. they still call.. I told them i was going to report them for harrassment they said i cant do that and it wouldnt do anything ...PLEASE HELP

Received a call from this number at 3:16 PM today - when I answered call, there was someone there, but they did not speak and finally hung up.

Asked me if I have any unsecured debt that needs to be paid off; I think(had a thick accent) he was trying to offer a credit card.
